I began taking Pilates at Beyond Pilates in October 2007, and not only do I now look forward to my fitness regiment, but I enjoy it and have seen amazing results. I have lost over 10 lbs, gained flexibility, and have had a growth in my own body awareness.
Also, I have taken advantage of the studio's M.A.T. (Muscle Activation Techniques). In combination with my regular pilates, I feel that BP has managed to "reinvent" my body. I have a better understanding of how my body works, and get to work with a staff that knows my body and my goals personally.
The instructors here are awesome - the small groups with Ed are amazing, and the solo sessions with the other instructors are just as invigorating. You get a gorgeous view of the Hudson River and N.J., along with a great enviornment and ultra clean space. I am never going anywhere else for my Pilates!
