My best friend and I went to look at bridesmaid dresses at Betty's Bridal. I've been planning my wedding for three months now and I've never before encountered anyplace associated with weddings that was so offensive. The entire staff was rude, unhelpful and insulting. They demonstrated that they weren't interested in selling us dresses, showing us anything and they we were merely bothering them. No one stood up, offered to help us, asked what color I wanted, what price range I was working with, or even bothered to say, ""Let me show you some things."" One salesperson went so far as to insult both my best friend and me by suggesting that I was looking at dresses that were too expensive and that I shouldn't expect such things from my bridesmaids. I was flabbergasted that this particular salesperson had the nerve to assume what ""expensive"" was for my budget and what type of wedding I should have. (Everyone in my wedding party is a professional and budget is hardly a big issue.) I'm having a black tie affair and want them to look elegant. So, instead of being nice, and trying to get me to buy all four bridesmaids dresses there and spending money with this shop, I'm going elsewhere. Clearly it was more important to ""get rid"" of the customers than to actually help them. Shame on Betty's Bridal.
Cons: Poor parking, poor service
