Mysteries, romance, Sci-fi... pretty much all the great genres with a twist of womanism sprinkled in. This is a great little bookstore specially for the female reading enthusiast. They have a pretty decent selection of both new and used books covering pretty much most of the big names on the market. The prices are average, but they do have a very good bargain books section with a pretty large selection. I was able to find the entire collection of one of my favorite fantasy epics, and I snatched them all up at once without thinking twice. Overall, I give Betty's Bookstore a thumbs up for their great selection and reasonable prices. more

If you are or know a special lady who likes mysteries, sci-fi, romance, or tragedy novels with a womanist twist, this is the place for you. They have a large collector's first edition on several classics. Great prices on both new and used items. They also buy back your used books if they are in decent condition for resale. My wife loves this place and the large selection of mysteries and romance novels have kept her busy, and she tells me that every time she goes there there are new titles added to the already large available selection. Overall, if you like romance and mystery novels, check out this bookstore. more
