BAD VETERINARIAN ALERT!!! Maria Curtis of the Eastside Pet Clinic at 7036 East Broadway, Tucson\r Is a vet you should avoid at all cost!!!\r Some time ago I sent my cat, Little Fox to this vet to be altered.\r she decided just by looking at her that she had a tumor in her \r mouth and could not eat and was vomiting. Without contacting me, without my consent, THIS VET KILLED MY CAT!!! just like that! Little Fox was eating the day before and was not vomiting.\r Who knows what this vet did to her!\r I filed a complaint against her with the medical examining board,\r they did nothing. I tried to sue her through small claims court in an effort to make her accountable for killing my cat. The judge said ""your cat has no value"" and AWARDED HER AN EIGHT\r HUNDRED DOLLAR JUDGEMENT AGAINST ME FOR KILLING\r MY CAT!!!!! AMERIKKAN ""JUSTICE"" !!!\r she will refuse to provide you with records as they are required to do. she will KILL YOUR ANIMAL ON A WHIM, and of course,\r in true amerikan fashion, be totally un-accountable, by all rights,\r THIS VET IS GUILTY OF ANIMAL CRUELTY!\r Little Fox was only three years old and did not deserve to die.\r THIS MISERABLE VET SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED WITH ANY LIVING THING!!! whatever you do, AVOID THIS VET AS YOU WOULD AVOID THE PLAGUE!!!\r more

DIGITELL WIRELESS in the TUCSON mall is So Bogus. I have overage charges which were about $800.00 plus. Due to me purchasing a device, and using it at I was directed, I was gived this outrageous Bill. I have been in to this store several times (about 6 times) and I have Spoke to the manager several times. I am pleased with the effort given at the stores managerial level. However, the DISTRICT MANAGER has either ignored the situation, disregarded my claim, or simply is unwilling to assist in my situtation. \r \r When I signed up for this additional device, I had a blackberry with UNLIMITED text. But I was lead to believe that my new device I could text with as part of my addtional $50 increase per month. I have spent over 12 hours on the Phone with the Verizon corporation, and and addtional 6hours at two Digitell Locations.\r \r They gave me bad information which is understandable, it happens. They have addmitted this, yet they wont clear my account. I have had my phone turned off which is very embarrasing. I have two kids under the age of Four and one on the way. What if something happens and I need to make a call for medical or even baby sitting arrangements. The DISTRICT MANAGER of DIGITELL WIRELESS in the Greater Tucson Area is for lack of better words NOT COMPASSIONATE to the pleas of PAYING Consumers. I would not recommend ANY using their services because if there is an Issue, you wont be contacted. \r \r I have spent more time on the phone with the Verizon than my wife the past 3 months. Brown's Boot Camp 2/2/2011

My daughter and I signed up online for a 12-week boot camp with Brown's. Upon arriving the first day at a local park, I filled out the one page application and proceeded to the weigh-in area. I was told I had to take off my shoes and socks to be weighed in. I requested instead of removing my footwear to wear the same sneakers each week for weight check. Randy, who claims to be the owner, barked at me in front of everyone present, that if I didn't take off my shoes I will have to leave. I shared that I have a disability and that taking off my shoe is a difficult procedure. I also mentioned that I included information concerning my physical limitations on my application but I had expected confidentiality. He then jumped up on the picnic table, called for everyone's attention, then announced that if ""someone doesn't do what they are told, like this lady over here with the disability (pointing to me), then you can get in your car and drive away"". I waited until he was done with his announcement, then I approached him and told him that I will be leaving and will expect a reimbursement. I also informed him that he violated my ADA rights by sharing my medical information with others, and that it is illegal to discriminate against those with physical disabilities. Furthermore, he lacks compassion and common sense and has no business running a boot camp without proper credentials. more

FARNSWORTH MANAGEMENT COMPANY DOES NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. THEY ARE TO REFUND YOU 1/2 OF THE PLACEMENT FEE IF THE OWNER RENTS THE PROPERTY AND THEY DON'T DO IT..\r \r THEY CHARGE LITTLE ADDITIONAL FEES, ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND OVERCHARGE ON THE POSTAGE. IF THEY DO NOT RENT THE PROPERTY THEY CHARGE A $35.00 MONTHLY FEE, WHICH GIVE THEM NO INCENTIVE TO RENT THE PROPERTY. \r \r iF YOU WANT TO RENT IT YOU HAD BETTER SHOW IT YOURSELF. THEY WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU AND MANY TIME ARE LATE WITH YOUR RENT CHECK. YOU HAD BETTER HAVE THEM CALL YOU BEFORE ANY REPAIRS OR THEY WILL DECIDE TO REPAIR SOMETHING AND OVERCHARGE YOU FOR SOMETHING THAT YOU CAN EASILY FIX YOURSELF\r \r .I HAVE ASKED FOR A COPY OF MY CONTRACT FOR MONTHS AND THEY NEVER SEND IT. Cons: THEIR STATEMENTS LEAVE A GREAT DEAL TO BE DESIRED, DIFFERENT EVERY MONTH ALWAYS COMPLAINING IT IS A COMPUTER PROBLEM more
