I have been exercising doing aerobics here for the past four months. The instructor is wonderful. If you have been looking for the perfect place to exercise with minimum cost, then this is it. We meet every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. She uses steps, weights and the exercise ball. I have lost ten pounds and a few inches in just four months. Exercise will give you the extra energy that you need. This is ideal, because if you need to bring your children, then you can because classes are held in the gym and they only last for one hour. You owe it to yourself to check it out if you are searching for somewhere to exercise.
