First experience was good and I called them because they mentioned they also worked on the type of fridge I had.\r
Called later for fridge service and they came out. The problem seemed fixed - for two days. I paid several hundred dollars for service and repair - when the issue appeared again I called them. The dispatcher was rude. They wouldn't come out again and said they had enough business and didn't need mine.\r
I'd been calm and nice the entire time even though it was clear they didn't deliver the service I paid for - they initially said they would take care of it, but never did.\r
I will NOT call them again.
Pros: Came on Saturday
Cons: Didn't fix the problem and refused to acknowledge the problem two days after they were supposed to have fixed it.
