I called the West Valley location of Best Home Appliance looking for a specific stove. The clerk put me on hold, and quickly returned saying that she had two of them. I asked her to hold one for me and that I would be in the next day.
I arrived the next afternoon, after a 45 minute drive, to find out that they didn't have the stove I was looking for, and they tried to sell me a different style.
