Horrible. Came in for dry cleaning, got back shrunken pants and lost items of clothing. I didn't pay attention to the price. Dry cleaning isn't supposed to cause any shrinkage ...

Absolute crook! Price gouging! He should be arrested and jailed. I was charged ridiculous prices and when I asked for the owner, I was told he was unavailable. After repeated attempts he suddenly appeared at the store & basically told me the prices are good! He will insult your intelligence and then tell you he doesn't care. I'm almost 60 years old, does he think this was my first trip to a dry cleaners? That I don't know what the average cost is? Buyer beware!! I have run my own business for over 26 years and don't believe I have ever seen this extreme lack of customer service. What a shame... more

I bought the groupon deal for this merchant and they charge more than double of what is published in the deal. The customer service is horrible. They do not publish prices, and the lady who runs the shop on Parmer lane is extremely rude!!!! more

Horrible... 8/24/2011

Horrible. Came in for dry cleaning, got back shrunken pants and lost items of clothing. I didn't pay attention to the price. Dry cleaning isn't supposed to cause any shrinkage if performed correctly (I know, I used to work at a dry cleaners in college). Obviously they washed, not dry cleaned, my pants hence why they went from loose fitting pants to un-wearable. I went back to find out what happened to my pants that they didn't return with my clothes and they were completely unwilling to ATTEMPT to help find them in any way. Never will I EVER go back to this business. more

Left wedding dress w/them -- YIKES!! 3/27/2006

I almost went back to retrieve it as soon as I left it but I had nothing to worry about. They did a great job. (It's a fairly simple dress w/some beading -- a second-time Bridal gown -- but extremely special to me.) Pros: Price, Location, quality more
