If they didn't have a good selection I wouldn't bother with them at all. We have 2 not pleasant experiences so far and avoid them-lol.
#1- Hubby subscribed to a free sports illustrated deal andwhen we tried to cancel they won't take nofor an answer. We are still getting it after several calls and getting charged, I have boycotted the bill and written letters.
#2- The service plan is rough. We bought a computer, nice, loved it, great deal. We also bought the 3 year in home extened plan because lets, face it, computers are designed to self destruct. Fast forward 2 years. Our computer self destructs. Completely blows out. up till then worked great and then one day, bam, nothing at all. The motherboard fried. Well, apparently that is very common because the motherboards for e-machines were on hideous backorder. It was a month before it came in and 2 more weeks until they installedit and promptlyleft. After they left Iturn on my computer and BAM- it blows the new part instantly.
Called and talked with customer service and they say it will be another month until another part can be ordered in. um, no. I did not pay $200 for a plan that leaves me computerless for months on end. My patuience was already shot with the nearly 2 months it had taken to get this far. I asked to speak to the supervisor andso on. We argued a bit and finally they agreed to exchange our computer now so we wouldn't have to keep waiting for parts that they cannot tell why they blow.
SO- not fast or great service but do like my computer :)
