Entering the large Best Buy store in Salem is like entering an electronics palace. There is every type of equipment from freezers to thumb drives. The real trick is finding anything and that is why I didn't give the store a higher rating. The types of materials are spilt up nicely, for example, all Xbox stuff is co-located. However, ask an employee for a specific game and they'll wave you in the direction of the general section. Many of them don't seem to know the details of the merchandise they carry. They do have an excellent selection of big screen TVs and staff in that area is very knowledgable.
