Best Buffet

Our family has been going to this place for years. We always have enjoyed the food and service. I have ordered food from here for work buffets and everyone has enjoyed it. Not one person in our group has ever had a complaint. I have also had lunch dates with the girls and it was fine. We are going back. Pros: Inexpensive for a large crowd Cons: decor could use a little help more

just go to this place, there is insects all over, even sometimes they forget to clean the food area, i have found insects in the watermelon, and everything else. the food isgross, in the back alley way there is a huge thing filled of there grease. Cons: feces more

I don't know why everyone is complaining about this place and I am sorry they have done so. I have not had any bad experiences at this place. In fact, they have been nothing, but good. I have been going here a while now with my boyfriend and while it is not the ""best genuine chinese"" food, it is pretty good and the staff have been nothing, but friendly. One example was I was getting a to-go order and my credit card was not working because of a credit fraud alert the bank put on it and the hostess was kind enough to let me take me food without paying and eat it while it was warm and come back on my next visit and pay her for my dinner. First of all I have questioned the cleaniness of this place for some time now. But, on Easter Sunday my children and I witnessed something that horrified me. We had already eaten from the buffet, when all of a sudden we started hearing yelling coming from across the dining area. I couldn't quite hear what they were upset about but, then a man yelled, "" There are a certain type of insect in this place!"" Well, what happened was there was a disgusting insect on the plate of a little girl that was with the family and it hopped off her plate and then proceeded to scurry across the table. The family of course left willingly but, the stupid waitress's were like pushing them out. The family asked for a refund of their money, and the restaurant said NO!!! So, needless to say my family and I will never go their again! I am very curious as to what scores they have recieved on previous health inspections! more

The dining room was crowded, noisy, and not overly clean. The food was greasy, low quality(i.e. grissle a-plenty) and lacked flavor. The business model seems to be move people through quickly feeding them the cheapest food possible and providing as little service as possible. And as a bonus you just might spend a couple days sitting on the throne after eating here as I did. Pros: Cheap Cons: Lacking in Ambience, food quality, and cleanliness more

There was more fat, grease and gristle on my chicken than actual chicken meat. The co-owner ran around calling himself ""Boney"" or something, and promised drink refills that never came. On the positive side, the food was cheap and the waitresses wore skimpy clothes. Overall, you'd be much better off going to Panda Express. more

For some reason, all the Chinese buffets I have eaten at around Portland lack one thing--the food is just not as good as a normal Chinese restaurant. Several ingredients just seem to be missing in all the choices, except the white rice. This is a shame, because 'normal' Chinese places are largely quite pricey. This is good, I just wish someone would open a more authentic Chinese buffet restaurant.
