DO NOT STAY HERE! this hotel charged $250 to our credit card (without notifying us) because they accused us of smoking in the room. The maid (does she smoke?) said she smelled the smoke, had a assistant manager come confirm the smell, and we were then found guilty as charged. when I contacted the hotel, the GM, Artie, was very confrontational and said the evidence was destroyed after 7 days because it was nasty!?!?!? she then proceeded to inform me that we signed the check in sheet saying we would not smoke in the room (which we did not. We have 2 children, 8 & 10, that stayed with us in the room). After contacting Best Western Corporate, they said they wouldnt reverse these charges and this was an independent owner/operator and they can do as they please. I assure you we will NEVER stay at another Best Western again!
