On-the-spot repair 1/9/2006

Called first and got a live person who could advise me after a few rings (compared to Dell where I waited on hold for 30 minutes). Brought my notebook in after 1yr-old splashed some lemonade on it. One of the Mr. Notebook techs checked it out on the spot, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it in all of about 15 minutes. PROS: Fast, professional service at a very fair price CONS: None more

Great for your computer needs 11/1/2005

I love Mr. Notebook, and they fill a niche for people who need computers and need them cheap. They sell laptops and some accessories, and they offer loaners as well. They are very friendly there and always have specials running. The laptops are older than what's on the market, but they all come bundled with lots of good software, and I think they offer some kind of warranty. more
