BEST BUY WAS MY WORST BUY 12/9/2007

I PURCHASED A RADIO ANTENNA FOR MY SATALLITE RADIO & PAID BEST BUY TO HAVE IT INSTALLED.HOWEVER AS A RESULT OF THE TERRIBLE- TERRIBLE INSTALLATION-MY RADIO WAS CROOKED AND THE DASHBOARD OF MY TRUCK WAS BROKEN AND WOULDNOT FASTEN BACK TO THE DASH.IM FURIOUS W/ THE WORK - AND AM STRONGLY CONSIDERING FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THE COMPANY FOR THE BOTCHED JOB.I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DEAL W/ A BUSINESS SO UNDERQUALIFIED AND CLUMBSY IN THEIR SERVICES. --THANK YOU FOR TAKING TIME TO READ MY INPUT I DO HOPE THIS MAY SAVE YOU SOME UNNECCESSARY DISAPPOINTMENT BY DEALING W/ BEST BY IN THE FUTURE. --- SINCERELY DARCHELL LOGAN KILLEEN,TX more

Not impressed 3/23/2006

They advetise these great sales and when you go to the store , the items are not in sti=ock which means they probabley only had 2-3 and they are gone. The staff is not friendly and when you do find one to help you , they seem to dont be interested in what you looking for. I also had a man ask to search my son;s diaper bag and i was entering the store...yeah i have a baby so it is full of diaper and baby stuff. I guess that is a policy but i think he was rude about it. The stock wasnt good either. more

I like best buy a lot better then i like the other electronics megastores in the area. I like the idea that they have so much in the area but they dont have a lot of the things that i needed. I needed some custom boxes and they would not do that. They also would not do several of the other thins that i had asked them and that they had told me they could over the phone. more

We went to this Best buy, and the staff was not very nice. They didn't like to help with anything. So needles to say we didn't buy our camera there. I wouldn't recommend them. They are always to busy and when you ask for help they are just rude. There check outs usually 2 are only open so it takes forever to get out. more
