Best Buy is a great place to shop around for the latest gadgets.. They have great people working their that know what they are talking about.. Best store I've ever shopped in..The only thing that took forever is when you need to speak to a manager or need an adjustment. It seems like they have a shortage in managers.. I purchased a flat screen TV/misc parts that go with it, and received very attentive/helpful service. The Store Manager their, in particular, was extremely on top of things and connected with both myself and his employees. Great job Best Buy, and thank you for the outstanding service! more

I should just swear my allegiance to this place 11/14/2007

I spend a lot of time here. Even when I don't want to go there, I end up at this Best Buy. Not only do I end up at this Best Buy, I typically leave with a DVD or two or three. Last time, I left with a DVD player and some iPod accessories. I need to not go here or else I might end up buying more stuff. AVOID. No one works here. 1/17/2007

This place is a disaster. I challenge you to find ANYONE working there that has any concept of what is going on. Nothing tricky, just try something like "where are the digital cameras" and watch as total pandemonium ensues. That is if you can find anyone to ask. Oh, and don't try calling, NO ONE picks up the phone, EVER. It's not worth it. Drive to Pasadena or order online. This is the WORST Best Buy I've ever been to. Pros: Prices Cons: Everything else more

Good Place for Home Electronics 6/22/2005

We have gone to this Best Buy several times and ended up getting a good deal on our new HP computer there. Because the store is usually very crowded, help may be a little hard to find, but we had a very nice manager help us with our computer purchase. They also have a computer repair unit, as well as a Geek Squad to help with technical questions. Great selection of electronics and software. However, their selection of office furniture is very limited. more

generally a good place to find media hardware and software. helpful staff who are usually busy. short lines. has a section for home appliances. dvd collection is expansive. good place to buy mainstream new release dvds (during first week it is generally on sale) more

Best Buy 5/16/2005

I like Best Buy but there are better locations than this one.. when I was looking at laptops, half of them were not labeled or not in their place. Then a month later I was looking for routers and no one knew the answer to my question! Try another location because Best Buy is worth it. more
