Horrible Customer Service 1/11/2008

Best Buy as a chain company is probably great but the customer service I received by a so called manager or supervisor in Downey was horrible.\r I honestly will never buy anything in Best Buy ever again. It's a matter of principle. more

Confusing 3/12/2007

For such a big place, there seems to be nothing in it. This store is relatively new, and they didn't have any of the cds I went in for. The electronics selection is nice, but they don't have very many movies or video games. They also didn't have Girlfriends on DVD, which I was SURE would be everywhere. more

good movies 6/30/2005

They have a wide variety of DVD's and and music. Anything you want you can find it there. It's easy to find things and people are very helpful so of course customer service is good. more
