I have used Berry pro camera repair twice...the first time I went there I got two different estimates for the same repair (with in a week of each other)..\r
I dropped a lens off for repair...which was to take 1 week,...2 1/2 months later..they NEVER fixed the lens..but did NOT call me to let me know they were "" waiting "" for a part.to come in...how long should it take to get a part in?? The Manager, Gi, should have informed me of the status of my repair...they had my deposit, my phone number...etc..\r
Really bad customer service, staff not helpful, and overall , a VERY frustrating experience. I will never use this Unprofessional place again...and will not reccommend them to anyone.\r
