I'm a past customer and I brought my 2004 BMW 330Ci in. It needed a new front and rear bumper and hood.\r \r I've taken pretty good care of the car over the past 7.5 years of ownership. Ronnie ensured that my car looked as good as it did before I dinged my hood and bumpers.\r \r IMO, if you want body work and paint done right, Berli's is the ONLY place. I wish that I didn't need their services as often as I have, but I own a company with over a dozen vehicles plus another four or five personal cars, and it probably should be expected that we'll have a vehicle in for work every few months on average. I won't admit to the total number of times I've needed their services, but it's in the double figures, and I've been completly satisfied everytime. They do a good job of providing periodic status updates, and provide realisitic estimates as to when you can expect them to be finished with your car. I recently took my son's BMW for some fairly minor body work that was being paid by a 3rd party, not an insurance company. Berli's treated me just as they had 3 times in the past when I had more work reequired and that was covered by insurance - courteously and professionally. The work was done quickly and was excellent. I had to replace the front bumper in my 2008 mercedes as well as have the driver door fixed as it had two big dings. John was the person who took care of my car and he did an excellent job. Not only did they fix what needed to be fixed, they also took out some scuffs and key-lines the car had. I was very impressed to see my car looking like new. I was planning on selling it after having the bumper replaced but I might just keep it now that it feels brand new!!\r \r Not only do they get your car fixed with quality, they also provide excellent customer service!!! No one ever plans on their vehicle being in an accident but THANK GOODNESS this place was made for people like me whom are less fortunate. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! Let me fill you in on my quick background experience. Once upon a time, I brought my vehicle to another body shop in town. I didn't have the money at the time and getting it fixed in and out for the cheapest rate was the only thing I was concerned about. It came out okay, for the money I spent of course. A year later, both front and back bumpers had extreme cracked paint. On top of that, no warranty coverage on repairs. I very much regret the fact that poor work was done to my vehicle. People pay alot for their cars, so you should take care of your investment. In my case, I now need to pay double the price to get it done right the second time around. This is what brought me to Berli's. They specialize in high-end vehicles and have certified technicians in BMW, MERC-BENZ, LEXUS, and much more. Doesn't that pretty much tell you they're bound to get the job done right?? Let me tell you. My car turned out so much more gorgeous than the day I purchased it brand new from the dealership. My estimator was extremely thorough and made sure my concerns were taken care of. It took a little longer than expected, HOWEVER, you get what you pay for and quality takes time!! They're very precise and more detail-oriented than you thought possible. They go above and beyond to make sure you're absolutely satisfied. They even took care of other minor things on the vehicle that weren't part of the accident as a courtesy!!! They truly put their customers first. Trust me, words don't even explain half of my experience at Berli's. They, by far, exceeded my expectations. You won't regret choosing this place for your repairs. I have had two dealings with Berli's. On both occasions they were excellent all around. Their service is professional, informative, and thorough. John was very helpful in letting me know what my options were and dealing with the insurance company to get my car not only repaired to a high level, but also done in a way that was best for me all around. This is the most professional place in Austin to have a car repaired. They always go the extra mile to get the job done and the work they do is excellent! You know when you leave your car with them that they will work with the insurance to get the best parts to replace everything so that when you get your back it is in perfect order just like new from the factory. The best part of the experience is the car is detailed so well that it seems like a brand new car with new car smell. Berli's knows how to do everything just right! The repair work that they do is fantastic. They are always letting you know the status of your repair. They work very well with your insurance company. Their service personnel are great, very courteous, they listen to you, and let you know everything about what it will take to repair your vehicle to its original state. Had a little accident that set off a couple of airbags and scratched the front bumper in a major way. Had it flatbedded to Berli's where is was held until the adjuster could inspect it. Several days later, most was noted, but Berli's noted some additional items that weren't accounted in the original estimate and submitted a supplemental to the insurance company which was honored by them. Ronnie Bevers was very communicative and supportive and handled all interface with the insurance company and monitored the estimates, Berli's own damage assessment, the finishing of the installed parts and the final inspection. Definitely a superior service from a superior organization. It's like having the best team on your side. The assurance that the rebuild would be performed correctly was most gratifying. They are working for each customer, not for the insurance company's future referrals. Car is now indistinguishable from new. If you want the rebuilding of your automobile done correctly, go here. If you want the cheapest discount deal, don't bother. more

I heard of Berli's from a good buddy years ago when my Lexus needed some work after a truck backed into the front of me. They did a great job then on an admittedly pretty simple job. Then a couple of years ago I got into a collision in my 1995 Porsche 911 that was pretty bad. I know it's a cliche but I truly believe that the car I got back was better than the one I sent them. Two months ago I was rear-ended in my 2006 Honda S2000 by a big Ford F250 with a big cast iron hook on the front. He was going about 35mph and I was stopped at a light. Needless to say I got creamed and the damage was pretty extensive. While it did take a couple of months to repair - mostly due to delays with the other person's insurance, the work they did was beautiful. The car looks brand new. They were responsive, professional and only used the best parts and materials available. I believe they are not only the best body shop in Texas, I truly feel they are one of the best in the country. Berli's has made the horrible experience of an accident as painless as possible. Highest recommendation. Thanks John and staff at Berli's! more

April 2011 - After doing a little research and asking friends, insurance agent and the Lexus dealership I selected Berli's to do the repair on what appeared to be relatively minor damage to a Lexus LS 460 from running over debris on the highway. Thanks to their hardwork and numerous supplements with Farmers the car looks phenomenal, almost brand new? It's clear that Berli's cuts no corners when doing vehicle repair. One nice benefit of using Berli's is they take the time to walk your whole vehicle and ""fix"" other non-related scratches while your car is being repaired. I would reccomend using Berli's to anyone who wants their vehicle fixed thoroughly and properly! more

Great service! The techs made sure that my car looked amazing! It's better now then the day we bought it. They even spent time making sure a ""barely there"" sticker on it was perfect. I was floored by the amazing service at Berli's. My Range Rover was damaged in an unfortunate incident and I was referred to this shop by my dealership. I met Mr. John Perez over the phone and he guided me through a long process of obtaining an estimate for damages. The adjuster assigned to my case was not so easy to deal with and he made up for it with his amazing customer service and kindness. Even after my car was determined totaled, his positive attitude shined through and he never changed a bit consdering they would not be repairing my car. Even more amazing, after I picked up my vehicle, he called me on my cell to ensure I made it safely to the destination where my car was to be stored. Who does that??? It is obvious that Berli's has trained their staff to be friendly and caring to customers as this was my experience with each person I came in contact with. Great service from Berli's!! I took my 2007 Z4 to Berli's to get some work done to my front bumper. My car came back better then I could expect. Everyone there was very helpful and they kept me up to date with daily updates on the status of repairs being done to the car; From when the bumper was removed to when the car was finished. I would recommend Berli's to anyone getting work done on their car. Berli's will be my body shop of choice for now on more
