I liked that he brought all tools inside, no wasting time ""let me go back to my truck."" He quickly discovered a significant problem: the condensation drain pan support had broken, allowing water to spill onto the attic floor instead of down the drain. We were close to having major, expensive water damage to the ceilings, walls, carpet, furniture and electronics below. I would say we were within a day or two of having a huge disaster. I guarantee you, if we didn't have BAM, I would have procrastinated about having the A/C checked every year. This would have cost me many thousands of dollars in damage and aggravation. Roger, I owe you...Apart from that, Roger was super friendly and courteous, answered my questions clearly, and kept everything clean inside and outside of the house.
