Optician Susana Barbosa is amazing in her ability to recommend a frame style to fit your face. She did so on the first try for both my husband and I - ones we would not have even thought to try on, but are the perfect ones. Holli Groff is my favorite optometrist, and I have seen many since 1963! more

Satisfied and Happy With My Experience 11/20/2014

I recently had an eye exam at Berkeley Memorial location and I was very satisfied and happy with my experience! I was a little apprehensive because I knew I was going to get my eyes dialated and I had to drive down to the Houston Medical Center - St. Lukes Hospital immediately after my appointment. I told the staff this and they were very accommodating - and helpful! I left feeling very pleased with the overall exam and really was impressed with the speed of the appointment and care given to me! I will definitely be returning next year!! more

I have been seeing Dr. Groff for over 2 years and she is always pleasant and responds to my vision needs. The staff is very friendly and I always get in for my appointment promptly and get done quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Groff and Berkeley Eye Clinic. more

All Went So Smooth 8/31/2014

Just had my yearly check-up and was more than pleased when Dr. Groff said - your vision did not change - that was music to my ears - since I am a diabetic II. All went so smooth, very professional. Dr. Groff is the greatest! more

My experience was excellent! 4/8/2014

My experience with Dr. Groff and staff was excellent! While waiting in the reception area, I was impressed with the staff person answering calls. She was professional and courteous and went the extra mile to address the caller's needs. It was a lengthy call but her phone demeanor never wavered. The staff person who assisted me with frame selection was exceptional and I'm looing forward to wearing my new glasses. A+ more
