The food here is fine and all but they overcharged my credit card $10 and when i called to tell them they needed to fix it and they told me to call back later. I did and they ask...

Didn't wow me 5/2/2009

The food here didn't wow me. Very typical and average and I didn't find the price all that attractive. Though consider there isn't any Japanese restaurants in walking distance from this place, I guess it serves the need. more

Lots of good food at a reasonable price 3/24/2009

I had a bento box lunch with the spicy tuna roll and teriyaki salmon. Lunch came with a cup of miso soup, salad, a cup of white rice, and three pieces of gyoza. All for only $10, and the food was delicious. Lunch can get busy for this little restaurant, but it's worth it. more

The Bento Box 3/31/2006

The Bento Box is located in a strip mall on NE 24th Street in Redmond. They have been around for as long as I can remember and I've been in the area for over 10 years. Their food is fresh and relatively quick. My favorite is the chicken katsu donburi, which is fried chicken strips on a bed of rice with onions, carrots, and a cooked egg (poached? I don't know my eggs) on top of the chicken. They also have a great kid's bento which my kids really like. The staff is consistent and polite. Clean establishment. more

quick good food 6/25/2005

I really like this place, and I've been going for years. The meat is of excellent quality, the gyoza is gooda, and the salad is also excellent. The pricing is also reasonable. Watch out for the spicy chicken teriyaki, though......it's really spicy! The sushi rolls are also good and they have an excellent selection of them. Visit! more
