Ryan M. was EXCELLENT. He was prompt, polite, courteous and easy to work with. He was completely transparent the whole way and answered all of my questions re: our shower, tub and toilet (all of which were having issues!) Courtesy and exceptional service 6/18/2019

The young lady on the phone was very polite and efficient. The plumber was very good in discovering our leak problem and we have decided to allow Ben Franklin to replace the copper lines throughout the house this week. Sorry, my memory isn't what it once was on names. more

Great Service 4/8/2019

Arrived same day for a non-urgent tankless heater repair. Turns out tankless wasn't installed correctly and tech did all the work to get it done right, cleaned and maintained. Pleasant, quick, informative. Thank you! more

2.18.19 service review - MV 2/18/2019

Gary showed me what the problem was with my water pressure, suggested the way to correct it and provided me with the cost of completing the job. Gary was efficient in the completion of the job and checked to see that the correction was complete. Prior to correction my water pressure was 30 to 33 lbs. After correction, water pressure was 60 to 63 lbs. more

Hot water heater installed 11/5/2018

I have no complaints about Ben Franklin...they were punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I had a n hot water heater installed and was very pleased with their service. John cleaned up everything when he got done. Very pleased. more
