They didnt provide any good customer service. They ruined my credit score, I went to pay them off, and I asked what my balace was and paid in full. Now over 6 months later I am not able to get credit anywhere else becuse they claim that I have an outstanding credit when I paid them in full. Dont ever go to them! They never sent me a bill for this supposed outstanding balance! more

Service on My Tag Heuer 3/30/2011

I had my Tag serviced at the downtown location. They had it for a month. Shortly after I got it back ($310.00) it started losing time. It was only 5-min/week so I contended with it. After 2-years it stopped. I took it to a local jeweler and he said that, in his opinion, it had never been cleaned or oiled. I would discourage anyone from trusting a quality timepiece to this company. I did contact them recently and they sais, send it back and we will fix it for free. No thanks! more

Bad Clasp 6/3/2010

Dont buy Toscano bracelet #10106722.the bracelet has a faulty clasp. I lost a bracelet with the snap closure clasp. I own another bracelet with the same clasp and it loosened and fell off my wrist while standing in my driveway. I have discussed the matter with Ben Bridge via two letters and oral discussion. They offered me 15% off a replacement and have not responded to my latest letter dated April 26, 2010. It is now June 3, 2010. If something is wrong with their jewelry BB will not stand behind their product. Such a shame for a family owned and operated business not to honor their own Toscano line with a respectable commitment to its reliability and value.. more

I have a ring that has three sapphires, each surrounded by tiny diamonds. My husband bought it for me while we were on a trip in the Caribbean. After we'd been home a couple of months one of the tiny diamonds fell out. Ack! I took it into Ben Bridge to see if they could fix it. The salesperson I got was very nice and helpful and didn't seem annoyed at all that I wasn't there to *buy* something. And - they did an excellent job putting new diamond in my ring! more

Qulity of experience depends on salesperson 8/12/2005

Our assessment of Ben Bridge (downtown location) is that your experience with the store will be most dependent on the salesperson you happen to work with. We were lucky enough to get a great salesperson (I believe her name was Jennifer) who was very knowledgable, patient, helpful and not pushy at all. We had some problems getting the ring sized right, but she assured us that they would keep trying until it was right. I do have reservations about the skill of the person who sizes the ring, though. And the other salespeople we dealt with on subsequent visits to pick up the resized ring were not so good. If we had had one of them helping us initially, I don't think we would have been very confident about buying from Ben Bridge. more
