We just feel like Gene at Belmont Carpets Woodfloor-Tile kept such a knowledge that really helped us out in the beginning stages, including the first stage of picking out the floor in our home and helping us. The workers came into our home and they were such professionals. Belmont Carpets Woodfloor-Tile did such a beautiful job and we're very happy. more

Tremendous amount of professionalism and expertise! 6/5/2012

I thought Gene from Belmont Carpets Woodfloor-Tile was a classy guy. He was just professional and accommodating. I just felt like the whole project from beginning to end was done with a tremendous amount of professionalism and expertise. They were wonderful to work with. I may even mention that they had a couple challenges due to the fact that I'm moving into a new house, and the power and water company turned off their services the day Gene started. While I was scrambling to get the utilities back, it was minimally disruptive. Those guys were very flexible, and dodged a bullet! Gene's guys were fantastic in terms of being very accommodating and doing whatever they could during the little outages here and there! more

The sales process was first rate as our sales person was very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. The installation crew was also friendly and efficient. When we had a minor issue with the wood floors, they came out on a timely basis to fix them post-installation. more

Fabulous Walnut Wood flooring 5/1/2012

We've been in the market for hardwood flooring for over a year and had settled on something through another company. Long story short, the installation did not occur as scheduled with no warning so we went in search of a replacement floor/company. Ramin not only guided us through the new choice but ensured us we would be taken care of without a hitch. Our installation was professional, efficient, and the end result is a beautiful choice of flooring and it looks phenominal! The installation crew was a well oiled machine. We couldn't be more pleased and will use Belmont to complete our flooring projects throughout the whole house. We're SOLD! more

Excellent experience from selection of flooring through installation 4/4/2012

We found Gene to be very helpful with both the selection of flooring (we had tile, hardwood, and carpet installed), and coordination of the installation itself. Luis and Alfred did the tile and hardwood, and they did an outstanding job dealing with issues associated with a poor installation done years ago. They worked very hard to do the job correctly, and their craftsmanship is evident in details throughout the installation. Salvador and Lupe did the carpeting, which was also a large job. They were very careful with the furniture that had to be moved and did an excellent job with the installation. Everything looks great. We will go back to Gene for our next flooring project. more

Update to Review posted on 9/24/11 3/27/2012

I owe Belmont an updated review considering how negative I was in my prior post. After having many discussions with the onsite manager, he finally came out to our home and inspected the job himself. He admitted that it wasn't the best job (which makes me think that he thought it wasn't a bad job either). Regardless, he addressed our concerns and had his team come again to redo the stairwell. He personally came again on this day to examine the job and ensure it was done correctly. For that, I thank Belmont and its management for their commitment in making things right. more

You know our issues, the entire store knows. We have never reimbursed us like Chris said he would . The salesman Chris even admitted that we had bad carpet!!!!! You need to post this and we will be posting this where ever we can. more

Excellent Customer Service & Quality of Work 12/7/2011

I have already had the opportunity to refer Gene Teramura and Belmont Flooring to two friends. The installation crew was fast, courteous and very good at what they do. They were actually joyful in their work. Although I have some baseboard areas that need to be fixed and our security system is not working, these are minor issues that I am sure are typical of such a project. Matt, who installed the tile did beautiful & diligent work. He even showed up Thanksgiving morning to finish. He carried it at the end. Thanks to Henry, Rolando, Matt & the rest of the crew as well. more

Very rude salesman 12/4/2011

I was stunned by the rudeness of the carpet salesman today. The salesman gave us two different prices for the same piece of carpet. He first told us its $3 per sqft then after 5 minutes he told us its for $4. When I reminded him that you just told me and my wife this is for $3, he denied it and told me that I'm rude and have to ask me to leave the store!!!! This is the most rudest salesman I have ever met. He's also a big lier and keep changing things. I'm extremely upset with his rude and unprofessional behavior and will never come back. more

Glad we brought from Bellmont 11/23/2011

We initially brought a Shaw epic engineered hardwood flooring from Bellmont. It looked great on the sample but when it was installed, it looked horrible! Very rustic appearing with hand scrapping and purposeful chipping that can actually scratch your feet. Plus the high density fiberboard they use in between (instead of the usual plywood), made installation VERY difficult. When my husband went to Bellmont to complain, Scott, the manager, did his very best to make us as happy as possible. He was very patient and understanding, and helped us settled a deal with Shaw. I'm not sure if other companies would have gone through the trouble, but my husband and I are very grateful for all the help that Scott had provided. Thanks so much Scott! more

Love, love my made in the USA hardwood floors! 11/9/2011

Found Shaw brand, one of the only ones still made in the USA at Belmont and it was on sale. Gene at Belmont was very helpful in giving me input on quality and esthetic input. The crew arrived and completed the job on schedule and did a fabulous job. My husband and I (& all who have seen the floors) love them. They add warmth and charm to our home - a great investment! more

We've used Belmont Carpets Woodfloor-Tile twice already and are planning on using them a third time next year. I have nothing bad to say about them. This is an extremely professional store. By shopping around, their prices were totally in line with what we were after and competitive. We haven't had any problems with them. They've helped us with great suggestions about flooring and carpeting. They came out and measured and let us know what the backing would be and how long it would last. Their store is huge. Right when you go in, they will ask you what you're looking for and they'll direct you only to those products, so you don't feel lost or overwhelmed. Also, they don't try to sell you or show you things you're not interested in. They are to the point and are never pushy. Tell them exactly what you're looking for and they'll know exactly what you need. They are on time, and arrive when they tell you they'll be there. They work quickly and efficiently and do a great job! I'd recommend them to anybody! Warren Ayers more
