the other reviews need to stop making mountains out of molehills. this place is great! 9/13/2006

I can figure out for the life of me what these people are talking about! i'm gust wondering if the people who wrote these reviews went out of their way to make the staff mad because they've been quite courteous to me and my family. I do, however, think the pet fee is a bit high. but considering the damage that dogs and cats can do (peeing on carpets, scratching walls), i can see why it's so high. maintenece has been a bit slow, but when they told me there was only one guy trying to fix all the problems there, I didn't see my top outlets not working in my bedroom as being a ""emergency.""(he actually told me they're operated by the lightswitch on the wall) in short, you should just take it for what it is. don't make a mountain out of a molehill. most of my neighbors here are very nice and respond well if i comment to them about turning down their music. it's those old ladies that stay at home all day that give me the greatest problems because they seem so unsocial, but i don't see them much. to me, they seem to do most of the complaining Pros: friendly staff, maintenece, location (downtown) Cons: pet fee's high, water more

Good Luck 8/29/2006

I have lived here about a year and the office staff and maintenance are horrible. I had asked for several things to be done on my apartment when I moved in and a year later it has not been completed. The noise level is horrific and nothing is ever done about it. They expect you to pay your rent on time but yet they do not comply with there committment to the community. they changed the utilities on a moments notice and everyone's water bill went up about two times what we were paying. I would not recommend living here and am currently looking for a better place to live. more

If you dont like noise dont live here 12/27/2005

I have only lived here a month and Im hating it. All we hear is loud music constantly from our neighbors. And maintance is horrible. You will probably never see them if you report a problem, and if you do then they come and say they'll be back and they never do. Just take it in thought and dont let the website fool you Pros: Large space, Cost , Location Cons: Neighbors, Maintance, Staff more

Pet Friendly? HA! 9/14/2005

The NONREFUNDABLE pet deposit for the first pet is $250 and $100 for each pet thereafter. PET RENT is $36 per pet per month. So if you had two cats, dogs, goldfish, etc. you would pay $882 for the first year! The staff is inept and often not available. more

Don't live here!!!! 12/15/2004

I am currently renting an apartment here, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. We have had problems since the moment we moved in. The staff here did not clean our place well, so it reeked of stale cigarettes. Also, many of our neighbors feel that it is okay to blast rap music at all hours. I have awakened many times at 2 in the morning to the sound of someone else's music. And the office hours are inconvenient. They are closed by the time I get home from work and are also often closed for no apparent reason in the middle of the day. So my UPS packages get sent back and the gas company has not yet been able to turn on my heat. This place is awful. The apartments are big, but it is not worth the hassle. Pros: large apartments, low rent, pet friendly Cons: , not quiet, unkempt grounds more
