I've been a client for several years. Dr. Mullinax did the most complete skin screening I have ever had...fortunately for me there were only 2 spots to be removed. Dr. Mullinax is no longer with the practice, however Dr. Chilukuri does a very fine job at more complex procedures such as Mohl procedures. I also see a aesthetician for every 6 week facials. She does a great job and very gentle to my skin. I trust my dermatologic needs to this practice... Sonia, Drs. Chilukuri, Teller and Maender. more

I referred my mother to Dr. Chilukuri. He was extremely respectful of her time and and her budget. He answered all of her questions without rushing and never pressured her to purchase unecessary treatments. We only waited less than 5 mins to be called into the patient room. BDA has a lot to offer and if one doctor doesnt work you always have 7 other to choose from. I would recommend Dr. Chilukuri to anyone that is looking for a skin cancer surgeon or a cosmetic dermatologist. It's nice to know that physicians like him still do exist! more

I took my 10 month old son to see Dr. Gerber for an ingrown finger nail. Not only was he great with my son, but he was very warm and inviting to me. From making the appointment to checking out in the office it was a very pleseant experience. I will keep going to this office!! more

Dr Chilukuri is FANTASTIC 10/31/2011

This is my third year going to see Dr Chilukuri for my annual review. This time he saw a spot that looked suspicious so he took a biopsy. It turned out to be squamous cell carcinoma. Within 2 days I had an appointment to undergo the Mohs Micrographic Surgery which Dr. Chilukuri performed in his office. He only removed the cancerous cells and actually performed the review under a microscope while I waited. Results are I am cancer free without stitches or a scar to show for it. Dr Chilukuri followed up with a phone call that evening to make sure I was fine. I would recommend Dr Chilukuri and the staff at Bellaire Dermatology to anyone. more

hmmmm Mixed Experience 6/12/2010

I have been to this place 3 times. Twice was to see Dr. Chilukuri. Both myself and my husband had a good experience and the Dr. was polite and informative.\r I then made an appt to have a vein looked at. \r The guy who called my name to bring me to the back was not friendly. He insisted on me walking down the hallway first even though I didnt know where to go. I had worn shorts (about 6 inches above the kness) as directed over the phone. Once we got into the room, he said , since you arent wearing shorts, you need to change into something else. I told him that I was wearing shorts and he argued with me that shorts were cut to the upper thigh. I was like hmmmm, okay. At this point, I didnt know if I would be seeing a Dr. or what. I hadnt had any instruction on what we would happening here besides wear shorts. He did an ultra sound on my vein and then said I was done. I asked will I be seeing a Dr. and he said no, someone would call me. Well guess what? Its been about 6 months and no one has ever called me back. Strange experience. After dealing with a weird tech then I dont ever get called back to complete my treatment. Obviously, I wont be going back. Pros: Dr Chilukuri, nice office Cons: being forgotten, rude employees more

Thank You!!! 7/31/2009

I have been a patient at BDA for almost 5 years. During this time I have been treated by every Dr. or P.A. there. \r for the last 2 years I have been under the care of Dr. Kimberly Mullinax. Dr. Mullinax is so dedicated and proffesional, words just won't decribe the care she and her team have provided me. I was sitting in the waiting room listening to people grumble about having to wait. \r I was waiting for Dr. Mullinax who was so concerned about my condition that she made time for me at the end of the day. I will wait for a Dr. of this caliber and caring.\r Dr.Mullinax has called me at home for follow-ups, she has made time for me when she was not feeling well. I'm not a cosmetic patient, i'm not waiting for a botox shot. \r All the Nurses know me. when ever they see me they always ask how I'm doing, the same for Dr. Gerber. What a Guy. Dr. Gerber has also called me at home for follow-ups. \r So if you are one of those people sitting in the waiting room for your botox shot, I'm sorry you had to wait, but you can't rush perfection and I beleive the Drs. at BDA \r are not just zit poppers. so get a grip. the grippers probably want Universial health care. If they get thier wish, they will love the wait then, won't they? \r Thanks again BDA for keeping me out of the hospital. Pros: Dr. Kimberly Mullinax Cons: you might have to wait awhile. more

Size doesn't matter 3/9/2009

Just because they are a large practice doesn't make them great. I've seen most of the providers in this office and the ONLY one who seems genuinely concerned about patients is Dr. Chilukuri. He is the saving grace in the practice. When I had a surgical appointment with him, I was actually seen on time; in comparisin, over the past 6 months, Dr. Wyatt sees it fitting to make me wait at least 45 minutes each time, and has little concern for wasting MY time, and has this oozing air of superiority about her...as if simply having credentials makes you a decent physician... Don't be fooled by this woman's seemingly soft dmeanor, I wouldn't ever allow her to treat me again, or a stray dog for that matter. \r \r The only thing this practice has going for it is the professionalism of their staff. It's a shame the physicians don't take lessons from the nurses. Also, why does it seem that on every visit, my favorite people have left or quit? This kind of staff turnaround speaks volumes as to the credibility of the management of the physicians. I'm taking lead of my favorite former nurses of Bellaire Dermatology and taking my money elsewhere. At these prices, for general treatment and cosmetic srvices, I can do better...and I urge you to do the same! I'm taking my 6 years with them and leaving for something better. Enough is enough. Pros: Nursing staff Cons: Indifference by physicians, false concern, poor management more

Excellent thorough care, wait a while to get an appt 3/20/2008

I have been satisfied with the care I have received at BDA - I see Kimberly, yet, a doctor that goes by her first name. Solved a horrible acne problem for me. Plus, their Glo make-up is great - they will color match you. Pros: Location, Great doctors and staff, thorough in solving your health care needs Cons: Takes 3 months to get an appt more
