Best

Seeing the beautiful artwork up close and personal was an amazing experience. The presentation of the pieces was elegant and serene. You have plenty of time to view the art at you...

Worst

two small and boring. It should have more art work. Cons: two small, not enough art, boring space

Excellent exhibits 11/22/2006

We have visited the gallery on numerous occasions to view different shows and have enjoyed each. Originally opened to showcase art owned by Steve Wynn it now has offers exhibits of art from various sources. Those that we have seen include Steve Martin's personnal art collection, Museum of Modern Art in Boston and the curent exhibit of the photos of Ansel Adams. Prices are moderate and include an audio tour in several languages. more

Really educating 11/21/2002

The tour was very educating. It was a little over priced, but worth going to. The staff was very friendly. We did enjoy the fact that we could tour by ourselves and take the time that we wanted on the tour, no one to rush us. But overall it was worth it. more

Breathtaking 8/27/2002

Seeing the beautiful artwork up close and personal was an amazing experience. The presentation of the pieces was elegant and serene. You have plenty of time to view the art at your leisure. The entry cost is nominal but the experience is priceless. Pros: Ambience, Not expensive, Elegant Cons: Long wait for tickets more

Seriously Disappointed 8/12/2002

If you are going to have a Calder show...have a Calder show. I heard about the exhibition and was very excited, however what a disappointment to find these small little things that don't provide even an inkling to the viewer what Calder was really about. more

Not the 'best of' in any way 8/5/2002

Overrated. Small and didn't offer much. Really it is only a gallery (one room) not a Museum. I wouldn't recommend it if you are on a short trip or had to choose between it and the Guggenheim over at the Venetian. Cons: hard to find, small, so-so art more

HORRIBLE NOT WORTH IT!! 8/5/2002

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE 12 DOLLARS TO SEE A SECURITY GUARD USE A LITTLE FAN TO TWIRL A WIRE MOBILE. I CAN SEE THAT AT HOME WITH MY INFANT GIRLS MOBILE WITH BATTERIES. more

Overrated! 8/5/2002

The Calder exhibit was uninspiring. I don't think this "gallery" should be in the same category as a world-class museum like the Guggenheim or even an up and coming museum like the Las Vegas Art Museum. Spend your money in non-profit museums that educate our local community. more

12 bucks better spent in the coffee shop 8/5/2002

12 bucks? For a show that is horrible? Who is the curator of this show? Absolutley Horrible. Stevie Wynn took the allure and fascination of culture with him when he sold the property. Spend your 12 bucks in the coffee shop where you will appreciate getting your monies worth much more more
