Bellach's would not deliver our sofa until we signed a waiver of responsibility. Four days after delivery, the reclining mechanism broke. We spent $1500 on a lemon that didn't last a week. The staff have been unfriendly and unhelpful. Service is terrible, and the merchandise obviously defective. We took them to small claims over the waiver issue, and will be returning to court over the defective merchandise issue. Worst retail experience I've ever had. more

Ran into a huge issue trying to get a couch delivered from this vendor. They sold us the couch saying if we "acted now!" we could get the couch by December. It's March now, and we're still waiting. Every time we call and they say that someone will call us back, nobody ever does. Considering asking for a refund of our deposit. Don't get me wrong, they have great selection and all...but beware of delivery estimates! Do not believe the "rosy" picture that may get painted for you. Pros: Selection, Quality Cons: Customer service, Customer service, Customer service more
