Sarah (almost-)Smith supplied the needed therapy (I didn't know I'd been tightening my jaw enough for needing that!) and I was warmly welcomed by Margaret. I love the staff at Beleza they are always so welcoming and friendly whether im coming in for a hair cut or when I'm just walking in to buy a small bottle of leave in conditioner. I lobe my hair stylist twiggy she's always so friendly and she always seems to know what I want done with my hair I leave happy every time. more

Beleza is an excellent spa. I've been going there for years and have always enjoyed their services. Haircuts, facials, massages, makeup sessions, products - everything is wonderful! And the people working there are the greatest - always nice and smiling, genuinely helpful and concerned with my well-being. I recommend this spa to everyone!!! more

Great Experience 9/23/2011

I had the Botanical Face Resurfacing treatment. It was more than I expected. I received 1st Class treatment with top of line Aveda products. My Skin Care person was Jessica and she was very pleasant and thorough explaining products and the procedure. My skin feels great. The price was great as well. more

super inviting!! 9/22/2011

My husband and I came in the other day for him to get his first massage. He was worried about feeling uncomfortable, but he said the lady made him feel very at ease. He said that she was amazing and really helped him get relief. As for me, I was not even there to get any service, but the staff was so friendly they offered me a drink and did my makeup for free!! We will definitely be back and I am looking forward to getting a couples massage!! more

I always look forward to going to the salon! They have great customer service. It's very professional & exclusively AVEDA salon. I look forward to a relaxing day at the salon... I usually start with a cup of their tea and have a glass of wine. more

Part II Review "VERY DISAPPOINTED" 9/6/2011

(Part II review) First the arrogance that I would pay $55 for a trim! I am sorry but this is NOT New York and I am not paying someone with a cosmetology "CERTIFICATE" $55 for a 10 minute trim. that is more than I make per hr as a nurse with a MASTERS degree! So all I can say is Beleza lost me as fast as they found me and as far as recommendation well let's just say they lost a good investor, not to mention I was going to set up a couples massage for my husband and I, not happening now! Beleza needs to come back to earth, these are hard times and this is Huntsville, "ALABAMA"! What a shame too because I really liked the calm atmosphere. more

VERY DISAPPOINTED 9/6/2011

up an appointment just to trim off 1/2 inch across bottom and was told the only appt I could get for that day would cost me $55. OMG REALLY? The girl I spoke with was rude when I ask why so much for a trim? She never could answer that! On my 1st visit to Beleza I ask about same day appts bcuz I am an emergency on call nurse and my schedule is very hectic, in return I was told that I may have to wait but most likely could be worked in. I explained this to the little attitude on the phone, her reply was she could only set me up with a $32 trim for 3:30 the next day. I took the appt however, I was upset with her attitude so I called another salon "The Masters" exceptionally classy and friendly they would take me right in and it cost $32 I was very pleased with my cut!! After my trim I called Beleza and ask to cancel appt for the next day bcuz I am polite and would not want to display the rudeness that was so gracefully bestowed to me! WELL I was rudely informed there was no appt for me at 3:30 it was never set up! So I was LIED to? so what if I would have kept my appt and showed up? Unbelievable and SO unprofessional! Thanks for a great job! Everyone there is so nice. I've recommended Beleza to many friends, and will continue to do so. Thanks also for the call from Valerie about finding my earring -- I'll try to get there to pick it up -- it's not a real diamond, fyi. But I appreciate the consideration!! more

Perfect 30 Minute Facial 8/22/2011

After a stressful week at work, Sarah knew exactly which aromatherapy scents I needed and took special care of my dehydrated skin. I felt very calm and refreshed after my treatment. Sarah is very warm, friendly, and attentive every time I see her. The staff at Beleza are always polite and helpful. This is by far my favorite Aveda spa in Huntsville! more
