My first experience with Beleza Medspa was GREAT! I first heard about Beleza on Facebook. I did not know of anyone that had been so I checked their reviews and checked them out with BBB. I read good reviews and BBB had no complaints on them so I made my appointment. I was VERY satisfied with the treatment I received and can not wait for my next treatment. Stefany was GREAT and explained everything she was doing and gave me good suggestions on skin care. I am in the process of making my next appointment. I would also like to comment on their prices, with the specials they run it ROCKS! Sooner than I thought, my acne scars will be going bye bye!! I found Beleza on Facebook, sort of by accident -- but when I saw the deals they were running at their Koenig location, I couldn't pass them up. The prices were fantastic, and the location was super convenient. When I got there, I was the only one there, felt totally at home with Stephany and wasn't kept waiting like I have been at some other spas. I was a little worried about time, since I was on my lunch hour, but Stephany made sure to have me out of there in plenty of time. Let's be honest -- Laser hair removal is NOT a comfortable procedure, especially when you're having your bikini area done -- but I felt totally at ease with Stephany and I've been pleased with the results. She made me as comfortable as she could, and she was very informative about what she was doing, how it worked, WHY it worked, etc. I also had a microdermabrasion, which I had never done before, and Stephany was great about explaining it to me and making recommendations for my skin. Since I was taking advantage of a Facebook deal, I can't speak to their regular prices. As far as I could tell, they were pretty comparable with other spas in the area. Personally, I have a HARD time paying regular spa prices, they just seem so exorbitant for what you get. But the Facebook discount I used was REALLY good -- best price I've ever seen for either procedure! Overall, it was a great experience and I will DEFINITELY go back. Thanks to Courtney and Dr. Broder at Beleza Medspa I got rid of the red sun damage and many of the wrinkles on my face, neck and chest. Courtney is marvelous as I go through the HCG Hormone Diet. I have lost 17 lbs in 24 days. I am on the maintenance phase right now. I will do another round of 30 days with the HCG diet as I have another 14 lbs to lose to be at goal weight of 125. I'm 5'4". Everyone at the Beleza Medspa have been awesome with me but I can not help but appreciate Courtney the most as she made herself available to me everystep of the way with both the Smartxide DOT Therapy and the HCG Diet. She is encouraging and patient. Dr. Broder is thorough and also patient with me. I am a list person so Doctors and Nurses sometimes find me annoying. I never felt at all that way with Courtney and Dr. Broder. I always know their goal is my well being even! I give Beleza Medspa big praises everywhere I go and always refer everyone to Courtney. I have three friends in other states that are doing the HCG diet. They are doing well but not as quick as I did because I had Courtney's support! I have visited some other well known Medspa's for Botox only to be disappointed, I was talked into buying more units, only to regret the results. Hesitantly, after meeting Natalie & hearing about the quality of service & knowledge of the staff at Beleza did I go in to try it again. BOY AM I GLAD I DID. I had smart lipo about a month ago. I had a good dunlop of skin and fat and now it is all most completely gone. I will be going back for some work on my chest. I recommend this place for those hard to loose belly fat areas on men. Especially the areas around the navel and love handles. Pros: Friendly and good prices Cons: not to many cons more

After Meeting Natalie at the austinwoman magazine's anniversary breakfast, I was very impressed with her professionalism, as well as her knowledge of the procedures I was inquiring about. Within 24 hours she followed up with me and face booked me!! Now that is great marketing!! I continued to read about the procedures I was considering and started getting the "Weekly Specials" on FaceBook and it inticed me to "make the call".... I met Heather and had a consultation for Botox and she was very professional, very knowledgeable & the results were "AMAZING" therefore I am hooked to say the least. I love Beleza Medspa! I have recieved many services from Stefany and will not work with anybody else. The facial I had was incredibly thorough and even the extractions were painless. I have gone for 2 Fotofacials so far and can already see a dramatice difference in my sun spots and wrinkles. My face is clearer and I can go out without makeup and not feel embarrased. I took the chance and got a brazilian wax from Stefany and I have to say in all honesty, it was the most relaxing brazilian I have ever experienced (as relaxing as a brazilian wax can be). Stefany did a full Brazilian in under 25 minutes. She was quick and I lasted about 3 weeks before I needed to see her again. As much as I love being waxed I decided to try out the laser hair removal. All I have to say is this is the best invention EVER! After just a few sessions with Stefany I haven't shaved my legs, under arms, or brazilian in over a MONTH. YES A MONTH! Right now money is tight but this is by far the best place to go for an excellent service. Between the facials and hair removal I could not and would not want to go to anybody else. I will no longer go to the nail salon for a wax. Why would I when I have found such a great person! Stefany makes you feel at home and relaxed. Visit the Koenig Lane location for the best services! Stefany at Beleza Medspa, works wonders, after several treatments I no longer spend 15 minutes a day shaving my legs and under my arms. I wish I had known about this years ago. Dr. Broder was very professional and upfront about what to expect from the Smart Lipo procedure due to the amount of fat we would be working with. He told me to not expect a full blown miracle but to be realistic about what we were dealing with. I had my procedure done on the 10th of December because I wanted to start the New Year off with a "boost" to get me going on eating healthy and excercising. My mid section always made me give up and quit. After the 2nd week, it was like overnight that my swelling just disappeared and what I saw was the closest thing to a miracle to me! I am so pleased with my results and each week I continue to see even more positive results. I can honestly say that Dr. Broder did a fantastic and very satisfying job. He has given me hope, self confidence and my self esteem back. I can actually look in the mirror and love the person and body that I see. I hated getting up in the morning to face what was previously there. I am really focusing on my eating habits and excersing daily because this procedure has given me the boost I needed. I am a much happier person these days and love getting dressed! I can honestly say I love myself again. Dr. Broder is a Godsend to women like myself. I go to the Riverplace location often. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I had many consultations with Courtney and Heidi, and everything they advised for me I LOVEI have done a series of Photofacials by Heidi, who is AWESOME and have started the Obagi system. I had gone to Brykerwood but the staff seemed uninterested, aloof, and to disagree with what Dr. D, my dermatologist had told me. I left feeling very uncomfortable and believed that all these folks wanted was my money. I decided to get another opinion and luckily I found Vicki at Beleza in Round Rock. She seemed to take a genuine interest in my facial needs; she took time for questions; I never felt rushed; and a special was less than half the price at the other location. Living in Europe, and then in LA, I got used to top notch service, so my priority was to find something similar in Austin. At first, I went to Lake Austin spa, which is a great place, but it's quite a drive. It also more expensive. Later on, I realized, that I value a convenient location more than a beautiful lake. I am now in my 4th week after my 2nd Dot Therapy treatment and I am already getting so many compliments on my appearance.My neck seems so tight..What a great treatment to keep from having plastic surgery yet!! Everyone at both locations are as helpful as they can be without being pushy or acting the least bit that any questions you have are silly and not important.When you get to be my age (57) you want to stay as young looking as long as possible and I believe that Beleza are the professionals that will help you do it!The after care kit they give you has really improved from the first one and it is products that you will love using from now on.You know exactly what you will get and at what price.That is Not true of other spas in town.You can trust them to give you the correct answers.Thank you Beleza!!!! I enjoy Beleza Medspa for so many reasons. First, it is so clean. I only go there to get waxing or make up products but it is good to know that everything stays so clean regardless of what you are getting done. Secondly, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about so many different things that it makes you feel at ease with whatever procedure is being done! Lastly, the prices are very reasonable. Smart Lipo is totally amazing and Dr. Broder is the very best! the procedure is almost like going to the dentist. The fact, that you can walk in and walk out in the same day without without being unconcious, in order to have the procedure is almost unbelievable . Your fat is sucked out of you and continues to melt away each day. As the swelling goes down, each day you keep getting smaller. I love to get out the tape measure and see the 7 1/2 inches that I have now lossed and the 10 pounds that have fallen off of the scale. With my new flat, slimmer stomach, my old clothes fit great and my new ones even better. I regained all of my self confidence. I can't say enough good thinks about the folks at Beleza Medspa. They were friendly and helpful from my first phone call, through the follow-ups after the procedure. I called, unsure what I needed done, only that I wanted to reverse signs of sun damage. They got me in right away for a free consultation where Vicki went over my options. I have been to Beleza for 2 procedures. I have been happy with the results of both and I have had no complaints. The staff is always smiling and polite. They always offer you something to drink and the office environment is comfortable. Dr. Broder and Vicki are wonderful they are upfront and tell you what to expect and have a lot of concern for their patients comfort. Beleza has a wonderful staff at the 2222 location. Very friendly and helpful, but too over the top when it comes to reccomending products or procedures. You do not have to feel intimidated to come in and discuss your needs with this crew. If you are like me and haven't saved enough pennies for laser hair removal yet, you can get waxed at Beleza. Heidi is very sweet and takes her time during the procedure to make sure you are happy with the end result. Make a trip to Beleza if you want a quick pick me up that lasts for a long time!
