My husband and I wanted to treat ourselves to something nice for our 25th wedding anniversary. We had always wanted a nice, luxurious living room and dining room set, but with 3 kids, we never felt that we could justify the expense. As soon as I saw that ad for Bel Furniture’s Sale, I just knew we could finally have the furniture of our dreams. We had bought our bedroom furniture from Bel Furniture a couple years before and loved it, and this experience was just the same! We’ll be returning to Bel Furniture for any future purchases, for sure. more

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.... 5/26/2011

B4 i let out all my frustration with the customer service team at Bell furniture, i will let u that i really like the dinning set. Now, CS dept sucks. i had to wait a whole week for the delivery because supposedly they couldn't make my delivery after 6pm and that was the time i was home unless it was a weekend. a week later here I am waiting at home all day on a Saturday and no one ever showed up. after about 5 phone calls and long holds i am told that i was not scheduled for delivery. Furious i demanded to cancel my order but they offered me a refund for delivery for the inconvenience. Guest what? i got my delivery on Tuesday at almost 10pm and the credit was never given to me. Here i am 3 months later...15 phones....3 i will call you back..count less let me ck call me tomorrow i don't see any notes in the system.. who u spoke to...all of this to hear that they CAN NOT GIVE ME THE CREDIT BECAUSE THE TIME ELAPSED is been too long..SHAME ON THEM.. gave me the run around to come out with this B&%$#..and the lady has the guts to tell me that they will give me a discount on my next purchase..YEAH RIGHT..WAIT FOR ME BITCH... more

BEWARE... CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY SUCKS! 3/11/2011

Firstly I would like to say that the furniture seems to be of good quality, and I have received compliments on the pieces which I have..... but the customer service and especially the delivery service sucks!!!\r Firstly on delivery day, the guys dropped a piece of the entertainment center and broke it, and omitted to put an end table on the truck. Upon inspection of the furniture, found that one piece of the leather sectional had a scuff mark. Called customer service, and they said they will replace the sectional, and the tower from the entertainment center. Impressed so far. 2nd delivery... delivery guy called to say he would be here between 10 and 11pm (???!!!) Said not possible have young kids etc etc. 3rd delivery... they brought the wrong piece of the sectional to be replaced. Did not bring the missing end table and then demolished the complete entertainment center almost breaking by 42"" lcd TV. 4th delivery scheduled for between 3-5pm. I called the driver at 6:15pm and he said that he was running late, and he has 2 other people to deliver to after the one he is at before he able to delivery mine. Will probably be here between 9-10pm (???!!!) Said needed to cancel, as we have a dinner appointment. I have put a call into the VP of operations and left a voicemail. I am still waiting on a response. So far.... I am missing the furniture in an undamaged state, and time off from work to get said furniture delivered. \r RUN AWAY... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.... THEIR DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT MEET THE STANDARDS OF THEIR FURNIUTURE.\r Still waiting for my furniture after 1.5 months!\r more

My wife and I bought furniture at this store. We were lied to about what we bought, what the price was, and when we would get it.. Do your homework this company has over 113 complaints with the BBB. They have a service rating of F on a scale of A+ to F, it can't get any worse than that. Watch their false and misleading ads on TV. They will show you a black bedroom set, it has a bed, dresser, mirror, night stand and chest. The ad says look what $699.00 will buy. Then call them up and try to buy it they will tell you it is only the bed and two night stands, then they will tell you that don't even carry it! \r Some day this false and deceptive practice will catch up with them. If you like back order slips you will love this company and you will give them your money and never see your furniture. If it sounds too good to be true be assured that it is. One more thing I have had many bad dealings in my life time but this company takes bad, rude and uncaring customer service to a new level. You can't deal with them in trying to resolve anything because they just don't care. Cons: Where do I start it is all bad more
