Bei Fang Chinese Restaurant

After having ordered from them several times, I just had the most unfortunate experience of having dealt with not one but two of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered in my life. Both of them understood little, but felt free to insult me and treat me as though I were not a paying customer, but rather an annoyance simply in my attempt to order! I thought the food was ok, hence my repeat patronization of the the place, but rude employees have forever spoiled it for me. This was not the first time, but it will certainly be the last. more

If u are looking for good, fast and friendly service Bei Fang is the place to go! The quality of this restaurant is the greatest. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The food is served very hot. They even have delivery service. I personally love their gereral tso chicken and fried rice. The waiter gives an excellent service! I recommmend the dinner specials they come with a good size portion and the soup here is the best! more

I had been here with my hubby on a weekend. beliv me the service is so bad here....! the waiter came to us with a gum in his mouth which he was chewing at 50 cpm (chew per minute) and obviously he dint have time to say anything...anything at all. We went on to ask about a few dishes to which he was not much interested in answering....so he would just say NO or Yes to all the numerous questions!!! We just wanted to walk out but thought of giving it a try come what may :) We ordered some chicken starter (dont remember the name) and it was so dry that i couldn't help imagining how it was made! probably the chicken was allowed to dry in a scorching hot desert for a week before being served to us...imagine that !!!! The Lo Ming or whatever we ordered as the main course had the right amount of spice and salt.... it lacked a good flavor though. It was a blend of ---- cooked noodles + soy sause + some blanched vegges.....as if they were all cooked seperately and added at the time of serving!!! I wouldn't recommend this place unless ur stranded with flat tire near this restaurant , with no other place to eat and ur scorching in the sun...! I can tolerate a mediocre food but NOT a bad service!!!!!!! watsay???? Pros: parking Cons: service, ambience, food more

Best Sweet and Sour Chicken meals in the world. The people are very nice. I love this place. We call for delievery at least twice a month. Pros: Good food and good people more

Bei Fang recently moved to a new location closer to I-10. Still have the same people working there and the menu stayed much the same. There is no waiting to be seated and the service is quick. They still have the same phone number, so ordering to go is easy. The food is served hot, the soup was kind of lukewarm though, the beef in our entree was kind of tough and chewy and the tea glass is always full. Parking is not so easy for they are next to a bank and the bank has staked out most of the front parking, so you have to park at the side or back. I still like this place, the food is descent, served hot and fresh. The prices are reasonable and the service is good. Pros: Service quick, entree served hot, prices reasonable Cons: Parking more

At dinner, there is no wait (sometimes no other people at all!), but don't let that fool you. The food is great and there are very reasonable lunch and dinner specials (less than $7 for dinner). The decor and ambience are authentic and everyone there is quite friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant! more
