Great Price and Design 7/9/2014

In my opinion: 5 Stars: Price, Slab Layout, and Seams 4 Stars: Installation 1 Star: Customer Service (poor) Would I recommend Bedrock to a friend? Yes absolutely, just understand that customer service may still be a challenge to Bedrock. My Experience: 2 sink holes mis-cut. It was not fixed. Installer's dropped one of the sinks breaking it requiring a 2nd visit when the replacement sink arrived. Bedrock paid for replacement. Drill bits for faucet holes broke during 2nd visit, no new bits on truck so a 3rd visit required. In my opinion, the customer service was poor. For each return visit I waited up to 2 1/2 weeks for an appt. In my opinion, Alan was not honest with me. He told me he had contacted AP Granite about my bowed slab, then admitted that he hadn't and that I was not a priority to him. Bedrock advertises Unbeatable deals (TRUE!), outstanding customer service (Not true in my case), superior fabrication ability (TRUE) and top notch installation (I'm sure my installation does not represent their usual performance). more

This is a correction to my previous review In my opinion: 5 Stars: Price, Slab Layout, and Seams 3 Stars: Installation 1 Star: Customer Service (poor) Would I recommend Bedrock to a friend? Regrettably, no Better Business Bureau rates Bedrock an "F" (as of May 2013). My Experience: 2 sink holes mis-cut. It was not fixed. Drill bits for faucet holes broke during 2nd visit, no new bits on truck so a 3rd visit required. The customer service (Alan) was as bad as it gets. For each return visit I was put at the bottom of the que waiting up to an additional 2 1/2 weeks for an appt. Alan was also not an honest person to deal with. He told me he had contacted AP Granite about my bowed (1/8") slab, then admitted that he hadn't and that I was not a priority to him. That left me speechless!
