I had my eye on a leather couch from Becks for 4 months and thought I confirmed the price with 3 different sales people, we finally went in to buy it, and the salesman tells us the tag is wrong and the other sales people are wrong...of course the price is higher! When it's delivered we find out he forgot to order a piece and I had to go pick it up to avoid delivery charges! The quality was horrible the leather is rubbing off on the corners and customer service was no help. They never returned my calls after they sent the technician, I left 3 messages for the Manager, Laura, and still haven't talked to her. I talked to the Assistant Manager, Tina, who must be the most inexperienced customer service person I've ever spoken to. She was so rude, raising her voice and talking over me, I get better customer service at Wal-Mart! I'm escalating this to the Dir. of Operatons ,Dave Acke, and I want to make sure everyone I know does NOT waste their money at Beck's Furniture in Sacramento.
