I'm surprised by the other bad review of Nora. I went about the same time using a Groupon and got the best cut I've had in years. It has grown out wonderfully (which is the real sign of a great cut). I normally wouldn't pay as much as she charges for a cut (without a Groupon it was around $60) but I'm so happy with my hair I'm going back for my next cut! more

Richie did my hair and I was really excited I finally found a great hairdresser. My color looked rich and balanced and the cut was great! I totally recommend him and give him two thumbs up. COUPON HAIRDRESSER IS A JOKE! 6/3/2011

Nora ruined my hair, I bought a coupon and was told she had 10 years experience. Just wasn't impressed my grey was still showing and the haircut just wouldn't lay right. As she was cutting my hair she had me turned away from the mirror so I wouldn't see what she was doing. When I looked at myself I just couldn't wait to go home and restyle it. more

Leighanne was ok. I wanted a high light with low lights and they turned out very striped and totally uneven. I was upset that she did not get close to my head with the color at all and in some spots that is very noticeable. One last thing, a few of the stylist use gloves to wash your hair. It does not feel good and is very impersonable. more

Go See Richie 10/17/2006

I love my hair, Richie totally listened to want I wanted and pulled it off. I had a drabby brown with no pop to it, now I have a beautiful brown with shine and richness to it. I love the cut, I brought in a picture of Lisa Reynolds no problem. If you don't want to be disappointed go see Richie. more

Great stylist 10/17/2006

I moved to austin 3 years ago and thought there where no great hairstylist here. Then I found Richie Perez. If you want awesome service he truly is the man. I didn't feel rushed at all and the compliments I got on my hair has made me a loyal client. When you leave his chair you will feel like a million bucks! more

I saw Leah for highlights this past week and loved what she did. I have brown hair and I wanted to stay a brunette. She brightened up my look. I am really happy! I look good and I would reccomend her to all my friends. more

Got a super haircut with highlites from Leah, I look like a model or something. I am really excited about my new look, I was way too bleach blonde and now I look like really natural. Pros: central location, great service and lots of cute boutique shops in the area too! more

Dustin is the best when it comes to special occasion hair. He always comes through whether it is a sorority function or my sister's wedding party. He is so so good. The updo he gave me for my soiree was straight out of a fashion magazine, and it stayed gorgeous all night. Pros: Lots a great products there more

I recently got my haircut with Leah at the Beauty Store and loved it. She even showed my how to fix it which is often not the case. I was so happy I bought a CHI iron and booked a color appt. with her. Love the store as well, a beauty oasis. more

I went to see Leah at the Beauty Store on a referral from a co-worker whose hair always looked great. I am so glad I went, I love my hair, the color is exactly what I wanted and my cut is perfect. She took her time with me, never rushed and the results speak for themselves. more

If you want a great haircut and acceptional color then book with Richie, he is so good and I love my hair every single time. He really knows his stuff. He takes his time, I never feel like I am rushed or being squeezed in. I highly reccomend you go see Richie for RESULTS. Pros: Great location and tons of products more

What luck, Walked in and got great service! 9/4/2006

Today I walked into the Beauty Store in Westlake hoping to get my haircut and brows waxed, I got lucky and got both! Angela did my brows perfectly and without pain! Leah cut my hair, I REALLY loved my cut and she styled my hair like Jessica Simpson. Will go again to see both. Pros: Great services, fun environment, great music more

I had been looking for a hairdresser in Austin that could handle my blonde locks and on a referral I saw Leah and she is super!! She took time to listen to me, she gave me a great consult and made me feel so confident in her knowledge. I walked out with a great highlight and cut. I am so glad I found her. She is a professional and she knows her stuff, now I look like a million bucks! So if you need a great stylist, go see Leah and the store has the best professional product selection ever. Love it!
