Right when I walked in, all the girls greeted me with a warm smile and a hello. While getting my color done, which was awesome, I drank a hot latte! I felt special while in the chair because everyone in the salon was talking and I felt like I knew all of them. I don't know what the OCFish is talking about because I would definitely go back. I checked a couple salons first and the pricing for Beauty Heaven wasn't bad for the area, it was actually one of the cheaper salons. Awful: Go elsewhere 1/26/2008

I got my hair cut and colored here, based on the reviews of this site. I spent about 3 1/2 hours in the salon (that's fine) and I thought everything was fine when I left the salon. But, when I got home I noticed chunks of my hair weren't colored to the root! Are you kidding me??? And some were in the front of my face that were only noticeable when you styled it a different way. When I called back to the salon they said they couldn't do anything for me, unless I wanted to get a touch up for an extra charge. Sorry, I would have liked it done right in the first place. Awesome Color and Extensions 11/24/2007

I found Beauty Heaven through my husband. He works right near the salon and found the appearance of the salon to be very inviting and the stylists to be very welcoming when he came in to inquire about the services. He came home and told me I have to check the salon out. We just moved to Orange County so I was so excited when I found out the salon offered great color and hair extensions! I have been growing out my hair for about two years but it wasn't really growing much longer and it was thinning from all the styling. I went in and they matched my hair color with the extensions and they look so natural. Everyone I meet comments on my hair and they can't believe how great it looks. Thanks so much for doing such an amazing job! I can't imagine going anywhere else! more

Super Hair Cut, Beautiful and Very Clean Salon w/ Beauty Pros that Look the Part 11/5/2007

As a guy it is tough to go to a Hair salon at times and feel totally comfortable in the environment in order to get the best service. I have heard the girls in the office talk about hair extensisons and I thought why not see if I can try it out. I was given a consultation before my hair cut and now I might just do it in a couple of months when my hair grows longer to try a cool rock and roll look. Overall, I was very impressed with a great my hair cut turned out, and I was given a ton of tips on how to style my hair by the very attractive staff that are true professionals. The make looking great an art for themselves so you can respect them unlike other salons I have been to, where the person doing your hair does not seem to care about their own appearance. I'm Hooked!! 9/6/2007

First of all, I'm not huge on going to fancy salons, but Beauty Heaven is clean, relaxing, and a really nice place to go get hair and/or makeup done. Beth has been my hair stylist now for about 6 months. She and the rest of the staff at Beauty Heaven have been so helpful and easy to work with. I asked Beth to do my hair and makeup for my wedding and she did an AMAZING JOB! She was also willing to come to my hotel at 7 in the morning to do my hair and makeup! What keeps Beauty Heaven separate from many other salons is that I can book my appointment online and they have notified me if there is a change in the appointment via phone and email. They also serve complimentary beverages. Besides that, the people are so awesome and professional and I don't think I'll ever go to a different salon again! Thanks you guys!! Kelsey works wonders! 6/11/2007

I work in Irvine by the Jamboree Promenade and I normally eat lunch at the Daily Grill with a few friends from work and one of the wairesses told us about the new salon that opened in the center. Being the little risk taker that I am, I decided to check it out. The salon was ridiculously clean and sleek so I made an appointment with Kelsey because she was the first person to greet me when I walked in the door. When I came back in for my partial highlights she knew exactly what to do since I wasn't too thrilled with the color. When I walked out of that door I felt better than I have in a very long time. It's strange to think that changing my hair color could boost my self confidence sooo much. I recommend Kelsey to everyone I know because she talked to me like I was a good friend of hers and I made another appoinment already just so I can see her welcoming face. Pros: Everyone was very nice, I even got a latte! Cons: How could I say anything bad about Beauty Heaven? more

Alison Saved My Hair 6/1/2007

I was in the Jamborree pramanade meeting my neice for lunch, I saw that this new salon opened and peeked in. The salon looked so nice and I was greeted with smiles. I ended up talking to Alison about how unhappy I was with my hair. She suggested some things that she could do to help! Before I knew it I had made an appointment, I got a highlights and a cut . Alison did a great job and also sold me this product called nano woks to use once a week and it is working great. Pros: nice staff with great skill more

Fantastic Salon 5/31/2007

I am a retired stylist from La who recently just moved to Irvine. I'm very picky about my hair and wanted to find a great salon that meets my needs. I found out about Beauty Heaven online and i'm so glad that I decided to go there. The salon is beautiful and very clean. The stylists are all very friendly and upbeat. I went to Hailey and she did a great job on my hair. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. Pros: Flexible with your schedule, Great Stylists, Friendly Environment Cons: I couldn't find any! more

I went to Beauty Heaven after my stylist moved there from Corona. Beth has been doing my hair for about 4 years. She moved her work out to Irvine and I just had to follow. This salon is so much nicer than her last one. It is clean and modern and has the most comfortable shampoo chairs ever. My neck didn't hurt afterwards. And I can do my work there too since they have wireless internet. All the girls are very friendly and offered me drinks and they went and picked up my lunch for me. It was awesome. i would definetly recomend driving as far as you have to go to get to Beauty Heaven. Pros: Fun friendly environment. Cons: I have to drive 30 miles to get my hair done. more

The Name Really Does Say It All- Beauty Heaven 5/21/2007

WOW! thjis place is one of the bets hair salons i have been to. as soon as i walked in i was warmly greeted by Kelsey, Ann, and the rest of the girls. Ann Even helped me figure out the intense cofee machine, now that is customer service. My hair was done by kelsey a long time friend. when she graduated from backyard to Beauty Salon i was thrilled to go and visit her. i walked out with an AMZING hair cut and all of my friends loved it. i am hoping to go back for a hair cut, hair do for graduation as well as make-up for my special day. Great stylists! 5/21/2007

After my sister suggested a salon that completely damaged and hacked my hair, I went to Beauty Heaven to see if it could be fixed. Kelsey greeted me immediately and promised she would do everything she could to fix the mess on my head. A short while later I was astounded she could make my hair looks so perfect after the horrible state it was in. She even gave me tips on how to style it at home! To make a long story short... my sister now looks to me to suggest salons and I always say Beauty Heaven! Go see Kelsey she's a god send! more

Best Salon I've been to 5/21/2007

I went to this salon and it was the best I ever went to . The people are really friendly, the salon is nice and clean. I got a cut and color with Kelsey and I don't know what she did but my hair looked fabulous when I left, it was so soft and healthy looking. She gave me some really good tips for styling too! Friendly and knowledgable service! Not just for ladies!!! 5/19/2007

As a guy who has normally never been too concerned about my hair, I was a little skeptical about going to a real salon, but these ladies made me feel at ease right away. They know how to treat people like people, and not just things to make money. Not only did I get a great looking hair cut, but I got info on how to keep my hair healthy and looking good. Guys think they don't need great looking hair, and will settle for the discount places but that's a mistake! I've been to ALL the cheap haircut businesses, and none made me feel so comfortable and involved in the process. Plus, two days after the haircut, I could never get it to look like the stylist did! These ladies can do that. And having a beverage while getting a hair cut? Nice Touch! Pros: Friendly and knowledeable staff, great atmosphere. Cons: Kind of hard to find. more
