We have purchased our last three vehicles from Beardmore are most recent was 2011 Carmero.\r I would highly recommed Beardmore to my Family and Friends. We recently bought a Used Subaru Outback from Todd Beardmore. We call from DesMoines about the car. He called us back from his cell phone as he walked around the car nd described it to us. We set up a test drive appoinmtment... and the car was exactly as decribed (even down to the door ding on the passenger side door) even though it was minor.\r \r The vehicle was priced to sell below Retail Value and the trade value was fair.\r \r We are very impressed with the service and happy with our new Outback. more

overall I did not have a great experience with my first dealership purchase. sideways math to make my trade in value look higher than it was, hours of negotiating trade in value of my very nice car (offered 2k and were selling it for almost 8k!) giving me the wrong owner manual (twice), making promises for things that were not kept, not getting everything at one time (had to make the 30 min drive 2 times AFTER the purchase to pick things up!) and then to top it off, waiting for them to send a fax to the DMV (they went to lunch before sending it even though I told them I was waiting there).. made what seemed like a great experience at first take a quick down-hill turn. :( love my car.. but didn't love jumping through hoops and the customer service issues and shady sales practices. more

We had a squeak in the drivers door of our Suburban and took it to Beardmore for repair. It took Beardmore three times to fix the squeak. The first time we went there, they did not have a mechanic to work on it. The second time, they didn't have the parts to fix the squeak. After 2 weeks and going there 3 times, they finally fixed the squeak. We're not impressed with the arrogance and incompetence of this dealership. From now on, we'll find someone else to work on our vehicles. Cons: Arrogant, incompetent management and staff more
