I can honestly say if you want your car repaired correctly take your car here. My husband and I have Corvettes and we both tend to be very particular about quality car care. We have taken our vettes to Bear Creek Auto several times over the years and they have never failed to find and fix the problem the first time. Our latest experience was when my Vette severally over heated. It was New Years Eve and we were forced to take our vehicle to a different shop. They miss diagnosed the problem and charged us $1000.00 in repairs. Their new diagnosis, head problems and possibly a damaged engine, would cost somewhere between $2000.00 to in excess of $5000.00. We pulled the car and had it towed to Bear Creek Auto. They diagnosed the problem as a plugged radiator, made the repairs, and completely fixed the problem. They do keep your car longer than other shops, but the pay off is that they do the job right! I trust Bear Creek Auto above even the dealerships. more

The staff at BCCR are always friendly, professional, and put the customer's needs/wants above all else. My wife had a major flat tire about 2 miles from their shop in the torrential rain at night. My wife called me, I was 50+ miles away and could not help. The owner of this shop, on his way home, saw the car and stopped and changed the tire for her in the pouring rain. He would not take payment for his help. I called him the next day to thank him. He is a very humble and honest man and I can say he is the kind of business owner I like to do business with. I would trust him with any work on my car. Thanks! Pros: A very kind and honest man. more
