Out of town family member was in town and wanted to do something touristy. Beantown's website was awful and didn't indicate to us if it was running that day. We called some number and they assured that it was running. We purchased the tickets online and showed up at the stop. The trolley never came. We found the office and it was closed which was weird because it was the middle of the day and we had called earlier. We ended up paying for a tour on another trolley line. When we called Beantown the next day, they refused to give us a refund. It's time to report these people to the credit card company, the Better Business Bureau, and/or Small Claims Court. Stay away from this company!
