I have the Beach Ford maintenance program that includes wipers. It was time for me to obtain new ones. I walked in to the service department without an appointment. Johnny Fazio assisted me. He was busy doing some paperwork but didn't have a customer in front of him. He was very nice and made the time to take care of me. I really appreciated it! I have consistently experienced very good service at Beach Ford and recommend them highly!\r \r I'd also like to say that if you are looking to buy a vehicle, Michael Dudley is one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with. He really cares about getting you what you are looking for and working the best deal. Really awesome to work with! more

I am very impressed with the professionalism of Mr. Best and the Service Department at Beach Ford. They were able to diagnose and correct the problem from our description of it because we could never get the car to malfunction or show an error code when we wanted it to. It has been a long long time that I can actually say I truly enjoyed the car buying experience. The reason? Michael Dudley. He listened to me as to what I wanted and needed in a car. He bent over backwards to find the right car for me and my family. He did not try to oversell me in something that I did not need or want. He was always ready to answer anyd questions or concerns that I did have. I could go on and on about how great I think Michael is, but I am sure you already know that. My family is tired of hearing about my car buying experience because of Michael. I have recommended him to anyone who would listen if they were in need of a new car now or in the near future. Great Customer Service 3/1/2012

Becky has been at Ford as long as I can remember and I love the way anytime I come in, she is the same person to handle the issues with my car. She is very knowlegeable and customer-service goal oriented. It is always a pleasure working with her. I know I am on the Red team and seeing a familiar face every time makes me feel right at home. Service 7/6/2011

I had my Explorer serviced in Feb 2009. I had normal maint done on the vehicle. When I drove off, lug nuts were missing from one of the the wheels causing the car to swerve and shake. It was raining at the time and I had marked difficulty maintaining control of the vehicle. When I drove the car back into the shop, I was informed that because driving the car without the lugs nuts caused damage to the wheel. I was informed that parts would have to be ordered and a loaner would be provided at no cost to me. I was taken to Enterprise which is on the premises. I was provided with a loaner vehicle after refusing to give my credit card! I had to argue that this was not something I caused and since my car could not be repaired for several days, I was not going to pay for anything. I was promised by the service manager and his supervisor that I would have service for the life of the vehicle. I would receive a loaner vehicle whenever I came in to have any service done to my car. Well, I should have had them put it all in writing. I could have been badly injured or worse had I lost control of the vehicle or lost the wheel. Now everyone has amnesia. I hate bringing my car there because there is nothing noted on the account of the services I was promised. Each time I visit, I have to remind someone that I am not paying for service. It should be noted and they remember once I inform them of what happened. I should not have to go through this every time I take the car in for service. I am very disappointed with the customer service from management. Once my service contract has ended I will not purchase a car from them again. more
