A few months ago I purchased baby products for my soon to be born niece. At the time of the sale I was quoted a 4-6 week delivery time. 11 weeks passed and my mom was in Chicago visiting my sister and the new baby when she noticed that my ""surprise"" was not there. I quickly checked my credit card statements and saw that the charge cleared so I then contacted the store. I spoke to two managers that day who told me that their supplier did not have the item I purchased and they did not know if or when it would be available. I asked why I was never contacted and they said ""sorry"". I then asked to speak to the owner who called me two day's later only to eventually say the same thing...""sorry"". Aweful customer service and (in my mind) aweful business practices aside, I would be weary of this store. They take your money and then it is up to you to find out if they ever provide the product as paid for.
Cons: they don't provide the product that was paid for and never contact the customer to tell them so
