Baywolf Dalton did a great job of selling themselves BEFORE the contract was signed and money handed over. Once the project started all the cutomer service, flexibility and communication ended. They were AWFUL at sticking to the schedule and communicating changes. The quality of work had to be monitored by us and 'fix-its' took a long time, we had to ask several times and they would always say ""we'll get back to you"" and then didn't. They did little to help with design ideas and they made are a few small but significant design flaws. They did not keep things clean as they promised. The project turned out great because of our diligence in checking the work, not because of anything they did! They did okay as a general contractor- not a total disaster - but don't use them if you want design help, customer service, or a project done on time-- you won't get it!
Cons: terrible communication
