I would agree with the opinions of those below. The women working here are rude and unprofessional. I took my child for his two month check up this weekend and the girl at the front looked completely right through me as if I were not there and walked to the walk. She did not attend me ; there I had to look for someone to help me. There is so much you can take when one is nice and polite to these girls and are there and are uncourteous. Why are you working there if you do not have the skills or training to talk to incoming clients? I tried calling this morning because there hours are from 8-5 and all I get is there answering service. I will definitely go in person and file a complaint against them. more

The only reason I take my children there is because of Dr. Syal. She is a wonderful doctor and is great with my kids. I do agree with other reviews about the rudeness of the staff. In my opinion, "" If you're not a people person, then you have no business in the medical field."" more

This place is gross and the staff is very rude and not helpful at all before attenting me at the window first they finish their conversations with the other staff they are unproffesional and dont even listen to your concerns and try to make you do stuff thats inconvenient to you. more

If you just go to the office yourself you will see exactly what all the fuss is about. Then approach anyone who works there and find out for yourself exactly how unprofessional they are. The receptionist and nurses behind the desk was pulling out shoes that she had shopped for and waited to finish up her conversation before tending to any customer. This place is beyond trashy. The rooms look as if your taking your child to a crazy asylum. Everything from the pictures on the wall, to the cleanliness, to the staff, to the whole structure of the place was a complete mess. I would call it a nightmare doctors visit. My appointment was scheduled for 1100. To get his shots. By the time I left it was 530. I use to go to Kelsey Seybold which is a wonderful place. I'm usually out of there between 45 minutes to an hour and a half. The doctors unfortunately seemed miserable as well, and was only in the office for 2 minutes and forgot to do throat and ear check. SERIOUSLY! Horrible experience and a nightmare of a place. If you care about your child do not take them here, it's the epitome of low class trash. I worked for Dr. Trabulsi while he was in Virginia. He was one of the most caring, loving people person that you will ever meet. His love for his patients can't be put into words. He is a wonderful person as well as a pediatrician. His talent is missed here. Love him and miss him dearly. more

This clinic smelled disgusting as soon as I walked in- then the girl at the window ignores me while conversating with co-workers instead of attending me. I get put in room #11 and all other rooms are full with only 2 doctors at hand. It took very long before anyone showed up. The nurses were very rude and one walked in while I was changing my baby due to a stomach virus which was the reason for my visit.. As soon as she waks in all I hear instead of a ""Hello ma'am"" is ""EEEWWW"" I think this is very unprofessional because I felt that she was disgusted by my baby because of something she has no control over. So when I confronted her about her horrible behavior, she responds rudely discriminating against my health coverage and she kept verbally offending me so I stood up for myself. Finally the doctor came in asking if there was a problem so I explained and all he said was that he had spoken to her already. I have never been in such a horrible situation at a clinic before and am still in shock at the events that occurred. I recently switched to Bayshore Pediatrics because it was closer to my home but it was 2nd choice because I know that at Texas Children's Pediatrics I would never have that sort of problem... Bottom line- I'd rather drive far for good service than ever going back to that dump. Cons: Rude and unprofessional nurses more
