Family fun 9/4/2005

Bay Beach is a very inexpensive place to take the family. They have rides that are appropriate for all ages. The rides are one or two tickets each, depending on the ride and tickets currently cost $.25 each. There is no discount for purchasing in bulk. They have a small wading pool for those really hot days when the kids just want to splash around. They have live ponies for the little kids to ride. The cost for the ponies is higher than the other rides. I believe they are currently $1 per ride. They also have some nice playground type of things the kids can play on. They have these in two areas (maybe more). The grounds are not always clean, but it's not too bad. They are in a great location and have plenty of parking. more

Very cheap and a great place! 8/28/2005

Bay Beach is the only amusement park that I know of that only costs about 50 cents to go on a ride! Yes, they do not have attractions like Great America and other parks but they are still a good place to go for some old-fashioned family fun. They are located on the East side and are very easy to get to. They also have a picnic and grilling area if you want to bring your own food. more

Great family fun 8/12/2005

Bay Beach Amusement Park is fun for all ages. They have rides for even the littlest kids to enjoy and they also have rides for the kid in all of us parents. The rides are quite inexpensive. They have plenty of picnic areas throughout the park where you can eat and relax. They also have some great playground equipment to play on. They are located right on the water, so it's got a great view. The park is a little on the older side, so some of it isn't 100% aesthetically pleasing, but it's still a great way to spend the day. more

Close and Cheap 8/7/2005

The saying is you get what you pay for, and it is true in this case. Bay Beach is a very cheap place to go, and it is not some fancy amusement park like Great America. It is still a great park to go to. It is close by, closer than many amusement parks, so you go there spur of the movie. They have rides for everyone in the family, some dedicated toadults and some to kids, but many for both to enjoy together. They have areas to cookout and eat too, which is something a lot of amusement parks don't have. more

Amusement Park 8/7/2005

This is a great small amusement park for the younger kids that just aren't ready for Six Flags. They have a wide variety of rides for little and big kids. Currently, all of the rides are either $.25 or $.50, so it is very affordable. They park also has a wildlife sanctuary for the family to go through. They park is located on the bay of Green Bay, so it is in a beautiful location. They have a lot of picnicking areas surrounding the park where you can grill out or just bring a picnic lunch. They have plenty of picnic tables and garbage barrels. They even have a little wading pool to cool off in on the really hot days. more

Great Place for the Kids 8/7/2005

Bay Beach is a great place to take the kids. It is something different to go to than the usual, but it is not too long of a drive. EVen with the recent increase in ticket costs, it is still a very cheap place to take kids. They have several fun rides for the kids to go on by themselves including merry go round, cars, lady bugs, and boats. With an adult, kids can go on a large slide and sometimes the adult rides. They also have bumper cars and a train which goes all around the park. Besides rides, there are two parks and a free wading pool for the kids. It is right on the water, so there is a great view to have a picnic. more

Cheap Family Fun 8/2/2005

Bay Beach is the located in Green Bay, so it is in the area unlike most amusement parks. The park is a little dirty, but not as bad as some places. The rides each take one or two tickets, and a ticket costs a quarter. The tickets used to be less, but still it is a great deal. They have rides for kids, adults, and families. There are bumper cars, a train ride around the park, a big slide, and a wading pool. more

Family Fun 7/28/2005

This is a great place to take the family and be outdoors. They have rides for all ages. They rides are reasonably priced. Currently, some rides are $.25 and some are $.50. It is located right on the Bay of Green Bay and right off the highway. In addition to rides, they have a wildlife sanctuary for you to hike through. It's a great way to enjoy the Wisconsin summer weather, spend time with the family and get some exercise. more
