I gave the clinic three stars only because the doctor is so nice. He really seems to be interested in the needs of his patients. He took the time to talk with me about what is going on in my life. He even called me personally to discuss my test results. Alot of doctors dont even do that!
BUT the staff at the front desk really needs an attitude adjustment! They were rude when I first arrived and wanted to see the doctor. They are a walk in clinic and wanted to question me about why I wasnt seeing my regular doctor and that they dont encourage "doctor flopping". HELLO! Maybe I couldnt get in to see my regular doctor! I was treated as if I was doctor shopping or something. All I can say to that is they surely have the resourses to look into such a theory. Maybe that's what they should do before acting that way. I hate to even go back but in this situation Im just going to try and tough it out since the doctor was so nice.
Pros: Doctor was very nice
Cons: front desk staff RUDE!!!!
