I have never had worse service from a pizza establishment my entire life. This family owned pizza place is not in for the customer. They don?t care about those that spend their hard earned money there. I have had many complaints and all have gone unanswered. They make the wrong orders and than blame the customer b/c they cant write down the right order. They aren?t consistent with the way they make their pizza. When I questioned why my pizza was wrong, the owner?s son yelled at me: stating I was a liar and didn?t know how to order pizza. He tried to give me the cold product to put on top of it when I was ready to eat it. When I told him that I didn?t want the cold product, which I wanted it warm on the pizza he became enraged. He then told me that he would add what I wanted but he would only ""throw it back in to the oven to heat it"" so it would be a waste of both our times. He then had the audacity to charge me extra for something that we have never been charged before and something that should have been included in the order in the first place. I stated that I wanted to speak to the owner and he said no I couldn?t do so... First of all, no establishment that relies on clients to support their business should ever yell at their customers and accuse them of lying. When I addressed this with the owner, she said that her son had done nothing wrong. You call this a way to run a business... This is ridiculous. If your looking for great food, and respect from those you are giving your hard earned money to, Basils Pizza in Cranston RI, is not the place.
Cons: worst customer service...worst food....customer is never right
