In addition to constant construction, bloody sidewalks, loud drugged out kids cleaning renovated apartments and cursing loud, Barton Creek also offers fraudulant, disorganized billing practices. Instead of looking into their own possible mistakes, clearly apparent on ledgers, bills, leases and hard paper facts, they choose not to review facts or correct mistakes in their billing, just continually harass by email and phone call and threaten to send collections, after double billing and already collecting from you. I recently filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Buruea for not correcting their mistakes in the bill. Yes, they offer great amenities, and even financial rewards, until you move out, then they send $290 bills with threats of sending collectors after you within 15 days for not paying them for former tenants expenses. I have A+ credit and brains, and am so annoyed I have had to waste time discovering all the disorganization and poor business practices of Barton Creek Landing. DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME.
