The management staff at the Cordova location are LIARS. If they are liars, can you really trust your child is in GOOD hands? If something were to happen would they lie about that? Sandra (the director)lied to my face and did not blink when I attempted to withdraw my son. He attended for 1 week and due to my schedule change at work, I went in to withdraw him and was told my tuition for the week he did not attend would be refunded to me because the schedule was out of my control, they wanted me to bring him BACK in the future, and there was no need in me paying for a week he did not attend. They SEEMED understanding. I waited and after no refund I called and left 2 messages the next week with no return phone call. Today I went in to check refund status and was informed she had spoken to the owner and she decided not to refund me based on late notice. I was speechless because I knew the policy HOWEVER I did not ask for the refund, SHE offered it to ME. My argument also included that she advised it taked about two weeks for the direct deposit to be set up and they took it out the same week without notifying me. I did not know it had already been taken out. The owner took me to the accounting office to verify they sent me an email notifiaction and supposely it went out in bulk and she couldn't single out my email from everyone elses. They are trained liars apparently. I would NOT trust leaving me child with anyone that can look you in the EYE and lie. If I had asked for the money back and been told no it would be a different situation, I would have left with no argument but this is ridiculous. BEWARE!
