Pharmacy does not fill prescriptions in timely manner 5/2/2011

I wish I could writing something different than patricklawson wrote over 4 years ago, but I can't. They are still slow. Even with a prescription filled earlier in the day, it was not ready and I was told to wait 30 minutes, so I grocery shopped (having anticipated this standard response from them), and it was still not ready when I was done. Enough of this nonsense. Unless you are not wanting to use your prescription or see if it expires before it is given to you, go elsewhere. more

Just setting the record straight. I believe you mean the Crossroads Bartell store at 156th and NE 8th which is open 24 hours. This store is in downtown Bellevue and is only open until 9pm during the week. more

Pharmacists here have attitudes and make you wait... and wait... and wait... 1/17/2007

The pharmacists here have attitudes and just stand around talking with each other while they make you wait... and wait... and wait... I went there after 9 p.m on a weekday to fill a prescription and there was one other customer there ahead of me. It wasn't very busy at all, and the pharmacists were just standing around talking with each other instead of working on our requests. When I gave my information I was told it may take up to 30 minutes so I did some shopping in the store then had to sit around in the waiting area. When I had an insurance question they gave me attitude and didn't try to be helpful in any manner. And they didn't get around to filling my prescription for 50 minutes! They should have beds instead of chairs in their waiting area! It may be my ""Neighborhood Pharmacy,"" but friendly or efficient they are not. Pros: Open 24 hours, convienent location Cons: Pharmacists have attitudes and make you wait forever more
