If you want mens suits Barneys is the place to go. Their prices are another story. The service is great, but they are Expensive. That said, if you wait until their warehouse sale which is a mob scene you can steal some real suit bargains. The last 2 days are 30% off sale price, but if you do not go eary, expect long lines. more

It's a little mind boggling how they organize the men's department. Some designers deserve the amount of space they have, because of the vast selection of merchandise they offer. Others simply waste the vast amount of space they're given. The sales staff varies a great deal as well. Honourable mentions go towards the third and fourth floors for service and actually greeting you as you browse. The others don't seem to give a damn. And for a luxury department store, you'd think they'd have better fitting rooms than frayed floor coverings. more
